It was my first time ever coming to this location and I am very disappointed. The woman who took my order who was very rude to me ( blond hair, glasses) wouldn’t give me her name and told me she was the manager. I will be calling corporate when I’m done with my training class for work. She was by far the worst person I dealt with and seems like she hates her job so I’m not sure why they keep her there? I definitely didn’t deserve to be treated that way.

The blonde lady behind the counter is the very definition of charming. Her love of taking orders is truly immeasurable. She absolutely adores helping customers, so please - don't be afraid to ask for anything, no matter how complicated or ridiculous. She lives for that sort of thing.

man, everyone is saying the same thing. every time i come here the lady working there always has an attitude. you would think with everyone saying the same thing you guys would have someone more pleasant by now. she’s miserable ALL.THE.TIME. congrats on losing a customer.

Lady at the counter doesn't have anything and is not for customer service.
I asked for something heated, there was no toaster .
Ask for a promotional drink they did not have it.
I received a drink without any straw and the drink wasn't mixed.
The cream cheese is separate from The bagel in a little plastic cup that I was supposed to put on myself somehow.

Tim Hortons can do a lot better.

This clerk is unbelievable rude there is no name tag. I can only describe her as a blonde woman No other clerk works with her. She does not say anything to me just stares at me. I have to ask her if she ready to take my order. As I procede to give my order she rudely cuts me off and as me to slow down. I had asked for a decaf coffee and a donut. She was rude to the gentleman before me as well. I just read other reviews. Everyone is complaining about the same clerk. Tim Horton do something ! She has been there 5 yrs ! Five years of being rude. Wow do you care about customers service?

I’ve been dealing with this blonde girl on and off for 5 years, barely ever now because of her rudeness, and lack of social skills. Asking customers, “ what do you need” is not how you talk to paying customers. No hello, goodbye, thank you or you’re welcome, nothing, yet I’ve heard her talk to other customers very friendly. There have been complaints against her for quite a while now but all we get is please contact so and so this is concerning to us, yet she still works there. If you only knew how many customers you’ve lost due to her maybe you would take the reviews a little more seriously.

The young lady with the blonde hair is very uninviting, does not smile, does not say hello, does not say have a nice day, you ask her a question you can barely hear a response. My team I work with won’t even go back to this location because nothing about her makes you want to come back.

I was at this location around 12:15 PM on 3//12/24. When I rang the bell for service, a very irritated young blonde woman took her time coming to the counter and muttered an unpleasant “can I help you!” When I asked for English breakfast tea she pointed at the shelf and said “ those areas the teas I have.” When I asked again if she could tell me if any of them were English Breakfast tea, she unpleasantly said yes and waited for me to tell her exactly what I wanted. Based on the comment dates here, it sounds like this has been going on for a long time at this location and is not being addressed. I won’t be spending another dollar here.

The person who works this location never appears to want to be there, and often comes off as though you are an inconvenience for wanting to order things. They informed me that they do not serve bagels after 1pm (even though they have them, and are open until
2pm). Not sure if this is the employee just not wanting to prepare/serve them or if it's franchise policy to stop serving certain things before closing time. Either way, if seems unprofessional. They also don't serve customers who need decaf coffee after 12pm, even though they have it available to make, and it's a full two hours before their closing time. Again, not sure if this is just the employee not wanting to make it or if it's franchise policy, but regular coffee is available until 2pm/closing, and decaf customers go unserved/unconsidered after 12pm. Unprofessional. No apologies or kindness shown by the employee when I was told these things were unavailable, with no good reasoning behind it offered to me either. Poor customer service, poor policies.
