Great staff, very friendly, I feel like I'm at home with family, make sure you leave a nice BIG tip, she deserves it. You can see they appreciate it, I believe it because when you look in her eyes you can see she genuinely appreciates the gesture. I love to show my appreciation, the best ways I know is to patronize them and leave a big fat TIP. Keep them in business, we don't have any good diners in Buffalo.
Tony's Ranch House has been at heir Main Street location for a long time. Very popular small family restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Menu available and there's a menu board over the counter as well as a side wall. Seating is either counter, both a or table. Service is friendly. If you're in the area, recommend stopping in. Its located near by Sisters of Charity Hospital and across from Saint Mary's School for the deaf.
