My Wife Just Picked Up My Order The Cup Was Overfilled So Much That When She Grabbed It Off The Top Shelf It Spilled All Over Her When She Asked For A New Lid The Girl Just Huffed At Her No Compassion That It Spilled All Over Her Work Clothes SMH DO BETTER

I love getting the açaí bowls sometimes but why does the açaí part taste like dill pickles 😭😭

Serious Warning for Allergy Sufferers

Warning for anyone with a food allergy. I have a severe peanut allergy and had a significant allergic reaction after consuming a product from this location that contained peanut butter. This indicates a serious breakdown in their allergen safety protocols. For your own safety, if you have a life-threatening food allergy, I would exercise extreme caution here. I will not be returning.

I purchased a Açaí Bowl with Nutella. I assumed it would be a drizzle of Nutella and more açaí. When I got home with it I was only able to eat the fruit toppings and under it I realized was a whole frozen slab of Nutella chocolate and barely any açaí. I wouldn’t go there again.

The rap with the Hard Rs are really off putting.

Ordered a chicken pesto wrap, Bahama mama and green smoothie. Sweet potatoes for side.
The service at pick up wasn't great, and I the food, especially the smoothies, were watered down. Too little chicken in the wrap. I had Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the South and it was delicious, this tasted nothing like it should have. I was excited to find a location nearby but will not be returning.

I purchased the acai blueberry smoothie for the first time and then I've been back every day since, AMAZING!!!

Terrible service. Waited in line over 10 minutes with over 7 workers behind the register and not one took my order. Will not return

Delaware near Sheridan location - the service was great, the girls were very polite and answered all my questions. It was my first time there, smoothie was awesome, recommend adding kiwi to any smoothie unless allergic. That Peanut butter bowl though......might as well name it Kiesha Cole because it was sent from the heavens🫡🥂💯

Save yourself some money and go elsewhere. This place is a nightmare to get to prepare food even when they are nearly empty and don't even think to use Uber for it either. Three orders over a week, all delayed or cancelled by these clowns.

Went in for two smoothie bowls and was told they “weren’t making food” drove 15 minutes to the other location and they were able to make my bowl just fine despite it being closer to their closing time. Customer service was good besides that. Would recommend not going close to closing time if you’re planning on purchasing a non smoothie item.

The place is cool but for the money I could get a wrap from anywhere and will be way bigger the wraps here too small for it to be $10 and up

Dirty environment rude unprofessional staff . Worse they scam you for a free drink tray make you pay for their cheap paper tray more than they even came close to paying this is fraud
