Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered a chicken pesto wrap, Bahama mama and green smoothie. Sweet potatoes for side.
The service at pick up wasn't great, and I the food, especially the smoothies, were watered down. Too little chicken in the wrap. I had Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the South and it was delicious, this tasted nothing like it should have. I was excited to find a location nearby but will not be returning.

I purchased the acai blueberry smoothie for the first time and then I've been back every day since, AMAZING!!!

Terrible service. Waited in line over 10 minutes with over 7 workers behind the register and not one took my order. Will not return

Delaware near Sheridan location - the service was great, the girls were very polite and answered all my questions. It was my first time there, smoothie was awesome, recommend adding kiwi to any smoothie unless allergic. That Peanut butter bowl though......might as well name it Kiesha Cole because it was sent from the heavens🫡🥂💯

I guess I should’ve read the reviews. I love their breakfast flatbread but last time it made me sick. Now I can’t bring myself to go back. They’re clearly not real careful about food prep

Save yourself some money and go elsewhere. This place is a nightmare to get to prepare food even when they are nearly empty and don't even think to use Uber for it either. Three orders over a week, all delayed or cancelled by these clowns.

Went in for two smoothie bowls and was told they “weren’t making food” drove 15 minutes to the other location and they were able to make my bowl just fine despite it being closer to their closing time. Customer service was good besides that. Would recommend not going close to closing time if you’re planning on purchasing a non smoothie item.

The place is cool but for the money I could get a wrap from anywhere and will be way bigger the wraps here too small for it to be $10 and up

Dirty environment rude unprofessional staff . Worse they scam you for a free drink tray make you pay for their cheap paper tray more than they even came close to paying this is fraud

The staffing here are so sweet and professional young adults. They haven't made a mistake yet. (I have been frequenting this specific sight near my job over a 2 month periiod) There is a young man I jokingly call a food artist. He makes sure the Dilla is perfect ? The manager is so sweet. She is always in there wiping something down and interacting with the customer's.
Her interacting with the clients sets a tone for the building and its a vibe music and all good job crew! ??

so happy that a smoothie franchise finally landed in Buffalo! we've enjoyed tropical smoothie in other cities for years, and the service and product hasn't changed. the local team is always welcoming and available to offer tasty recommendations. will return over and over!

It’s not a surprise this place has terrible reviews. They can’t even follow simple directions. I specifically called and asked for my DoorDash order to be put in a sealed bag like every other restaurant does for consumer safety. That was too big of an ask for this establishment though. 10/10 recommend getting all of your smoothie needs from Squeeze Juicery instead.
