In fact, this is not the first time I left a bad review on this location’s Tully’s, but because they had fixed the problem after the review I deleted that. This time I have to leave another bad review because it’s beyond my tolerance.
I was here tonight picking up an online order for a customer and I saw there’re 5-6 servers, basically high school students standing around the reception desk chatting, and 0 server at the take-out counter. I told them I have a pick up. Then a chubby server in a pink shirt turned her face into poker face, check the receipt and said “I can go check for you.”
She then returned to the reception and continued with her group conversation. I thought she might have sent someone to go check for me so I choose to wait for a bit. After couple minutes, another customer came to pick up a takeout order too, the same chubby pink shirt server helped her immediately since the order was sitting on the rack, but said nothing to me, not even a quick update about my order. Then she returned to the reception again, I doubted if she had really checked it for me…
I have waited there for couple more minutes and being ignored for minutes and minutes, still no one was there at the take-out counter and “crowed” at the reception when I left the restaurant.
Great food, the server, Dave, was awesome. Definitely will be back.
Our server was Awesome food was very good. Tried their new Shrimp and Crab Alfredo it was delicious!!
Great food and atmosphere
Super questionable oily food. Good service though!
Edit: 3 of us had something akin to food poisoning to varying degrees…
Our waiter JJ was helpful and kind. We will definitely come back.
We had Cameron as a server and she was amazing and super helpful and friendly!
I lived in Syracuse many moons ago and loved Tully’s back then. I since moved across the country but returned to Buffalo for a work trip.
It was a crisp, 40-degree night and just the atmosphere, food and beer perfectly embodied the memories of upstate NY.
The food was fast, delicious, beer was cold and of course the popcorn was great.

Tried this place out since it was close to the buffalo airport. We'd had it before out by Syracuse and enjoyed it. The Asian chicken tenders are delicious along with a side of ranch dip. Our waiter Jay was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Would definitely be back

We made a brief stop for our midday meal. The service was prompt, the staff was courteous, and the cuisine was enjoyable.

If there was a zero star option i would leave 0 stars, Visited this location Sunday night which i frequent very very often, had a table of 5 people, we all got drinks, some got soups, some got salads, service was very very slow, asked 3 times for garlic bread as well and was told the kitchen kept burning it. Never received it by the way. not a huge deal though. The issue came when it came time for the bill. I asked for the bill to be split up between 2 and 3 at our table so two bills total, but waitress came back several times asking who had what, We then got our two bills that totaled $335. The bills should have been roughly $220 total. The two people at our table had now been waiting over 35 minutes for the bill and had kids to pick up so they paid at the bar and left, because they couldn't wait any longer. I then checked the bills and we were double charged for close to $100 in stuff we either ordered and were double charged or didn't even order was also charged for garlic breads i never received as well and topping on stuff i never got nor ordered. I then brought this to the on duty managers attention and was told they can not refund us for a paid order and they gave us a $25 gift card. I am in no way here to bash Tullys, i will continue to frequent the Clarence location. I am here to bring to light the shady business going on between waitresses and management at this location. Number one i was boned out of some money, and number 2 i had a $25 gift card shoved down my throat and told a restaurant can not do credit card refunds. Do better Tullys Amherst, cooperate will also be filled in on this. Would really like to know who else gets screwed like this and doesn't go through their bill item by item and gets scammed as well.
