I have ordered twice from this place through Uber eats and both times my order was cancelled. I feel like they let Uber drivers pick up your order give you a fake call for confirmation when you answer hang up call bk then you can’t call the driver back and they let driver take the food instead of just delivering. Seems like some weird scam they allow . Never heard of a place that you have to confirm for your Uber driver to pick it up if not ,they give the food to the driver anyway knowingly that it was paid for. If I ordered it and scheduled it for it to be delivered that’s what I asked for regardless if I got refunded ! What peeved me is when I called to ask why it was cancelled they said the Uber driver called you to confirm you didn’t answer so he took the food ! Then proceeded to say that’s why you should order in store . Never again if I paid for it what is the need yo confirm my order if it was paid for again!

Absolutely rude over the phone made me never want to order at a place ever again that was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and I've been in food service for many years beforehand I would not recommend anyone to come here again it was horrible and the food was maybe two stars at best

This Place Is THE BOMB I Absolutely Love It And Have Been To It Atleast A Dozen Or More Times Their Pizza IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE And I Come From NYC So Having A HALAL PIZZA SPOT WITH NYC STYLE PIZZA CLOSE TO HOME IS JUST INSANITY Not To Mention Their Burgers Wings And Dont Get Me Started On The Garlic Knots They Are A Godsent And The Service Is Incredible With The Extremely Friendly Bangladeshi People (I'm bangladeshi too) and they have so many unique pizzas like teriyaki garlic oil etc In Conclusion Best PIZZA Spot In This Country Outside NYC And Honest To God THE BEST PLACE TI GET FOOD IN BUFFALO I WILL STAND BY THAT OPINION UNTIL I DIE So What Are You Waiting For GO THERE RIGHT NOW Much Love Tuscan Pizza Crust And I Cant Wait To Be Back Next Month or 2

I stopped by for lunch while i was in the area. The service was great...very friendly and quick. The pizza tasted pretty good, and the crust was crispy. The garlic knots were soft and had lots of garlic sauce on them. However, they could have had more garlic flavor

Pizza is really close to NYC pizza ? they are fairly priced especially for a XL cheese pizza. It’s better to call ahead and place an order. Speaking of which, the person who answers the phone should speak nicely to customers. Maybe it’s just how they talk but just a little advice.
Pizza was excellent!! Took them a minute to acknowledge me when I walked in, but it was busy even at 9 pm.
