Not a cash and carry. Drove from Amherst to the city for nothing. Also only sell ‘raw’ ingredients for baking.
There is two ladies here don’t know how to talk with people . Very rude and yelling at me without any reason . just for turning around in parking lot . And also told me to learn how to drive truck . ???. Lady who don’t know how to drive a car properly . Telling people learn how to drive truck .
These are the folks that supply all your baking needs. In bulk for bakeries, pizza places ect. Excellent service from Erie P.A. to Syracuse NY.Even during this pandemic, they are there. Making sure your favorite baked goods are available.
What a great place to buy from. They have no problem selling to individuals, the office folk are great. The guy who I think is the owner spent a good 10-15 minutes talking flour with me and making recommendations. They carry most King Arthur flours, ADM flours (spring up, commander, etc) and most GM flours (full strength, all trumps etc).
Great place! I get my King Arthur flour here all the time. Easy to do business with!
The people are great. Bob has been a pleasure to do business with. Lot's of choice and the products are high quality. I come from Toronto to stock up on flour, it worth it. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
The people are nice, fast

Awesome people and awesome service. They will go the extra mile to make a customer happy!
I can call a day ahead, pick up a single 40 lb box of IQF frozen unsweetened fruit, and pay cash at the door. They even load my car for me. Everything is just $1 or $2 a pound - way better than grocery store prices, and better selection, too. Staff is super nice, helpful, informative...even the office cat is nice and laid back. Talked to the old man once, he spent 15 mins with me, as if I was a big client. Genuinely want to help you get what you need. After calling around, they are the only folks who sell in small quantities who keep stuff in stock - one place in Bali quoted 2-3 weeks by special order for frozen cranberries in January. C'mon. Go here. Good people.
We have been buying from them for about 5 years. Phone in an order the day before, then pick it up at one of the stops they make locally (Rochester). King Arthur flour (we buy the 'special' bread flour) is available from them for WAY less than you can buy it at King Arthur's facility in Vermont and for about half of what you can get it for locally.

Real easy to do business with as a consumer, not a company. They sell everything from regular flour to organic. I had a good discussion with the owner about different types of flour. They sell different brands, such as King Arthur which I ended up purchasing, made in Vermont, the "wholesome" State, as I call it. The place is a little dingy and old-school, but don't let it deter you from buying from them. I bought a 50 lbs bag which was brought to my car from their warehouse at back. No hassle and a great deal.
