I haven't been to Ultima in a few years and really wanted a good taco and nachos. Let me tell you I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED !! Nachos were packed with meat cheese nachos and I got lettuce and tomato on it too. Was absolutely delicious! Medium sauce was great but does have some zing so if you like sauce a little milder I'd go with the mild. Taco was huge and everything I expected. I paid $21 bucks for the nachos a huge taco and a 20 ounce of pop. It's a lot of food...

Best tacos and burritos in town. My brother, who lives in Rochester, would always make a stop at the alternative taco place. But not any more. Once I introduced him to Ultima Taco, he is a changed man. I have been going to Ultima Taco since 1988 when they were closer to Harlem rd. It's just too bad they stopped making their own suicide sauce, I do miss that.

Got the chicken fajita burrito. Chicken was dry and seemed processed, not fresh. Place is nice, clean and quick. Big menu, so a least I have options if I return. Just not chicken.
