Great experience family birthday party group of 9 on evening 7pm 12/23/25. EXCELLENT! DEFINTELY 5 stars! Got the roasted chicken w/ polenta & it was FANTASTIC! I have CELIAC DISEASE have to be GLUTEN FREE which can be challenging. We even contacted the restaurant via email to confirm about GF options cross contamination and the server even went back to check w/ chef when we ordered to give the ok its was ok for customer w/ celiacs. That means the world to customers w/ autoimmune food challenges disorders & will DEFINITELY be return customer. Kudos the owner, chef, & server! The tour of the vault downstairs was top notch great!

We had a really great experience here on Friday night. The server was friendly and provided great service. The food was also incredibly tasty. We ordered the calamari, the roasted chicken and salmon. Overall, everything was so delicious and worth the money. The whole outlook of the restaurant was also gorgeous, just sad that we weren't able to see the actual vault door. But that just means we need to go back! Highly recommend.

We loved the vibes, decor and ambiance. They have good menu options! Loved our drinks but they took way too long at the bar. The french onion soup & meatballs were so good! I didn’t get ‘carbonara’ vibe from the short rib carbonara but it was still good!

Disappointed - it was not what we would describe as “high end” cuisine. Drinks and apps were great. Service and main dishes left a lot to be desired
For the food alone - I would have given this place a 5 (even though most of our food was cold upon arrival) The service was awful- we were largely ignored- placed our first round of drinks about 15 minutes after being seated(way too long) our alcohol bill alone would have at least tripled if we had an attentive server. She didn't mention any of the things they were out of so after spending time deciding what we wanted and ordered- we had to quickly re- review everything. Apps were brought to the table with no serving utensils- waited about 10 mins for those. Any attempt to get our servers attention was completely ignored. The place was not even busy. There were about five tables there at 7 PM on a Friday night. Towards the end of our dinner, one of us ordered a drink- 30 minutes later, no drink in sight-we asked to cancel the drink and just bring us the check. We asked for the check to be split evenly on two credit cards She split the bill in half but charge the same credit card twice- this alone would not have been a big deal- but just added to the frustration of everything, we didn't bother mentioning it because at this point, we just wanted to leave. We walked out of there about 40 minutes after asking for the bill. I would give this place another chance because the food was really, really good-but probably sit at the bar.

Trying to be an upscale establishment, but feels more like an upscale Denny’s. The service was appallingly bad, and the food was mediocre. Steak wasn’t cooked to specifications and was incredibly salty. Staff was inattentive and borderline rude.

We hosted a party here for about 30 people. The food was delicious and even better than expected! The bartender was friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time and the vault made for a great picture backdrop. Highly recommend!!!

Food is excellent taste wise but in my opinion overpriced, portion sizes are on the smaller side. Ordered drinks at the bar, my husband received his drink 15 mins before I did (we ordered at the same time) Then shortly after getting my drink, I noticed My martini glass had a chip on the rim where you drink from. instead of making me a new drink, it was obvious the drink was poured into a new glass. Pretty unsafe if there was broken glass inside the drink. We wont be returning and wound not recommend to others
