Ordered a large pizza and a chicken caeser salad through the slice app. Apparently theres no delivery and if you dont have a way to pick your food up, you are screwed for 3 to 5 business days until you get your refund back. I complained to the app service and had my order changed to pick up. The pizza was cold and tasted quite unique. My caesar salad looked like it was made by a child. Shreded lettuce doesnt cut it for a $6.00 small salad, not to mention the lettuce should be romaine. I didnt even get the 2 liter I ordered but I just chalk this up as a total loss.

My car was stolen. Luckily I was able to find this place using the VINne number. As for my bellybutton, as if you haven't already seen it... it's a Vinne, not an Outie. Pretty excellent pizza shop for the kids at Buffalo State. They have big slices and they're tasty and delicious. It's a pretty new place as is this whole mall and it's great that Buffalo state is now getting a bunch of its own stuff, and this slice place is a hell of a lot better than a lot of the slice places you find on campuses around and about. And shockingly, it actually lives up to some degree to Buffalo Pizza standards. It's somewhere between a 4 and a 5 but then so is your mother. I'll try some more slices next time I'm down here and then see if it can get bumped up to the highest rating.

Staff was very unprofessional and unprepared. They took more than 40 minutes to complete my order that was phoned in prior to my arrival for pick up. They didn't start the order until after I arrived and then took even longer when they didn't have all the items in the order. Don't bother ordering from here.

One of the workers tried to get over on me by telling me my food was in the bag when it was not. Lucky I noticed it before driving off and I went back and he made my food without even saying a word. This isn't the first time this happen to me and from all the great reviews I wish I could be one of those customers!! Although the food is great I wish that I wouldn't get the bad workers.

This place has great food for great prices most of the time. However, it seems that when the managers aren't there, the food quality decreases and the pizza is made with a completely different consistency. The other employees should definitely be retrained on how to make pizza that isn't hard or dry tasting because they will be the reason why reoccurring customers are unhappy with the unsteady quality of the food.

Incompetency at its finest. I was driving by and figured I'd try this place out since it's kinda new. Walked in. Ordered a salad and two slices. Sat there a half hour. They eventually asked if I was the guy that ordered the whole pizza. I said nah a salad and two slices. Guy said “oh no. It's gonna be a little longerâ€. Hey forgot about me... I was the only person in there, was sitting right in front of the counter, and it was not busy. Workers were standing around clueless talking to their friends. I just left with nothing. Pathetic and terrible experience. Will never return.

I couldn't tell you how the food is here because you can't get anyone to answer the phone and take your order. After calling about 10 times they finally picked up and asked me to hang up...hang up, are you for real?!?! Then I was told they are too busy to take my order because they only have 2 guys working. How do you run a business like that. Well needless to say I won't be giving them my business.

I've tried every pizza place in Buffalo,this one is the highest rated on my list, they don't skimp on toppings like every other place does.the crust is perfect,and the price is reasonable! You can't beat it.

So tonight I ordered food from here through skip the dishes. I waited over two hours. The restaurant called me twice to let me know the food was ready, but the SKIP driver wasn't there. I contacted SKIP, 3 times- asked them to call the restaurant personally. They never did. The restaurant was kind enough to drive the order over to me personally, and the driver refused to take a tip. That right there is great business practice on the restaurant's part, and horrible of Skip the Dishes.

***EDIT: The manager called me back later that night and assured me that this is not how the business is run and let me know that the amount had been refunded. They were very prompt and professional in addressing this issue. Sounds like our issue might have just been an aberration based on the other reviews. I haven't tried their food, but updated to 4 stars based on the managers response.
This was really good. I'm looking forward to coming back here again. The service was good and the wings were spot on. Try the sweet chili wings. Won't regret it.

I was driving down Grant st and seen that there was a new NY style pizzeria right next to buffalo state college and I had to stop in to give them a try and I'm glad I did. Very clean place and such a great atmosphere and the staff were very professional and very respectful...I had a slice of thier buffalo chicken pizza and WOWW!! By far the Best NY style pizza slice I've had since I've moved to buffalo...i definitely recommend it if you haven't tried it yet.

They definitely have the best New York style pizza in buffalo, it is the real deal. In addition the wings were really good too, I will definitely be back at Vinnes!!

Stopped in for a quick slice of pizza on Grant Street since the building is new and shiny! Service at 9pm was quick. The pizzas looked decent and they had some typical Italian options as well (Spaghetti, lasagna, meatballs, etc). I just had a slice of the chicken finger pizza and thought it was a nice large piece. However, I thought the slice was a bit pricey at $3.75. Will update review as I try more food as this seems like the closest pizza place to me so I'm certain I'll be back.

The Philly steak sub was mouth watering. It's so simple yet so elegant. Juicy, perfect spices, and fresh sub roll. And the guy behind the counter was pretty hot too (just an fyi for the ladies).
