The tempura shrimp is so good, and sushi made very fresh materials. The server is polite, fun and caring. We will definitely come back.

Solid restaurant, glad to have them in the Amherst area. I have always had excellent service during my few visits. The wait is never long and the staff are always super accommodating with my toddlers allergies.
The food is great for the area, obviously do not expect the same level of sushi from expensive big city restaurants. Everything Ive had here has been good and fresh. I typically don’t go for hibachi, but their fried rice did have great wok hei flavor last time I tried it. Overall no complaints and their service alone would keep me coming back again everytime Im craving sushi.

I ordered what i would like but i think someone likes the crunch either the word or tge texture but the word was on almost all the discriptions on the menu i usually will stay away from crunch with sushi, im not a fan the fish tasted freshill go backfor another try
Our go-to spot. Gyosa is so yummy. The hibachi are great, but the rolls are very delicious. Warm, friendly staff, always very helpful and kind. Great chill ambiance, we like the vibe. Makes me hungry writing the review!

Love their hibachi chicken and other entrees. Each meal comes with a free miso soup or house salad that has very good ginger dressing. Staff are very friendly and fast, you can see the chefs on one side of the resturant cooking. Sushi is brought on a long decorated plate, looked fancy.
