Had an amazing birthday dinner at Waxlight Bar á Vin and I cannot thank the staff enough for making it truly special! Chef Forster came to the table to wish me a happy birthday and provided the most delicious off menu amuse-bouche, a toast with the most delicious smoky rich pork rillette.
