Bad business marketing strategy!
moving around products isn't the way to do business!
TOPS you guys need to upgrade your services lots of customers going to move from Wegmans bad service !

Subs are usually good, but when my wife ordered they lied on the timing, it took way longer than usual and when she finally got her sub the bun was way too toasted and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We are very disappointed in what are usually good subs but happened to be ruined. Suspicious activity going on…………..

they move the items around constantly, so shoppers have to look around more and make impulse buys. their meat is cut in a warehouse not real butchers and packed so even old meat looks fresh. the meat is low quality when compared to stores with butchers, like dashes. they often do not have instacart shoppers so ones orders are never on time. and God forbid you have to talk to a manager. first it might be nice if they had a manager who is an adult . they never fix the problem, in fact all the managers say isnothing they can do. wegmans used to stand for quality. now they stand for a huge grocery store that doesn't have do quality

I went to the store today anticipating a nightmare. It was extremely crowded, as expected. Every employee I encountered was working their tail off, stocking things up, checking what was needed, trying to stay out of the way, being polite. I know these folks are absolutely exhausted but I just had to say I'm SO impressed at how well staffed and stocked the store was and not a single employee was slacking. I hope they all get a great bonus because that place was insane and I STILL found everything on my list. Be nice to the staff if you go there, we need them!

Bakery/catering is not accommodating at
all . Which is obviously NOT the customer service model Wegmans claims . Sadly , they know they have food products so being accommodating is not longer nessessary for them .

I love coming to wegmans for a lot of things. However when it comes to the sub shop I always hesitate due to the fact that I always have to ask them to change their gloves when it comes to my sandwiches. What’s the point of gloves if u use them to touch everything there.

Found this hair in my pizza slice served by a wegmans employee behind glass. Disgusting. I will never get food from this wegmans again. I usually love them, too. Sad.
