Bad business marketing strategy!
moving around products isn't the way to do business!
TOPS you guys need to upgrade your services lots of customers going to move from Wegmans bad service !

Subs are usually good, but when my wife ordered they lied on the timing, it took way longer than usual and when she finally got her sub the bun was way too toasted and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We are very disappointed in what are usually good subs but happened to be ruined. Suspicious activity going on…………..

they move the items around constantly, so shoppers have to look around more and make impulse buys. their meat is cut in a warehouse not real butchers and packed so even old meat looks fresh. the meat is low quality when compared to stores with butchers, like dashes. they often do not have instacart shoppers so ones orders are never on time. and God forbid you have to talk to a manager. first it might be nice if they had a manager who is an adult . they never fix the problem, in fact all the managers say isnothing they can do. wegmans used to stand for quality. now they stand for a huge grocery store that doesn't have do quality

Bakery/catering is not accommodating at
all . Which is obviously NOT the customer service model Wegmans claims . Sadly , they know they have food products so being accommodating is not longer nessessary for them .

I love coming to wegmans for a lot of things. However when it comes to the sub shop I always hesitate due to the fact that I always have to ask them to change their gloves when it comes to my sandwiches. What’s the point of gloves if u use them to touch everything there.

Well, I'll just come out and say it, I.Love.Wegmans! It has always been my favorite store to shop in for so many reasons, I honestly made a date bring me to the Wegmans where I grew up (it was a first and last date) because anyone who doesn't love wegmans... well, I digress... needless to say, well you get how I feel about this store Today I really felt like having seafood, cherry stone clams are 60 cents each... so yeah, all fresh, hand packed for me...I also wanted lobster and they're a bit pricey but I purchased one... seafood clerk was adept and speedy, no nonsense... I was on my way I cooked that all up and because of the high quality and freshness, they were delicious! Forgot to photo the lobster, but the clams were big and fresh! I've really never had a bad product from this store!

I love this store ! Visiting from California and I wish we had this store there . Amazing customer service a beautiful store 1 one in the World. My mom gets the chocolate cake . I went to your deli and got a sandwich and everything was so delicious and fresh . Can't wait to go back and get some more groceries.
I stopped here to go to the bathroom after an appointment and to buy one item and ended up buying a few more things. (They were unnecessary but awesome!!!) I needed an Amazon gift card for a friends birthday. Upon leaving the bathroom, I saw a small Buffalove section. I grabbed two new (to me) masks for the springtime. I wandered around a little bit and saw strawberry beer (near the strawberry shortcake.) I love trying new thins so I had to have it. I also bought many yummy cookies (a sunshine cookie and a rainbow cookie for one of my best friends and the rest for me) because Wegmans has the BEST bakery. I couldn't resist it. I then promptly went to the cash register so I wouldn't spent even more money. When the cashier told me my total, I wasn't surprised. I buy ALL of the unnecessary things at Wegmans and they're SO worth it!! Stop into this location soon. Although the parking lot gets busy and annoying at times, the staff and great selection of everything (especially produce and bakery items) is totally worth it!!!

Have gotten the sub trays and subs from their sub shop at the takeout for meals to go have always been excellent and Phresh even from their hot bar stuff has been very fresh and very well tasting definitely get the meals to go. Pizza is OK. I prefer to get my pizza at other places. But if I'm getting a sub this is a great spot to get one.

Fair warning to all using the scan app. Don't use it!!!! My wife accidentally did not scan an item with the new scan app by mistake. She had over 150 in groceries and was told to step into an office. Then was drilled and accused like she was a hardened criminal that knew exactly what she was doing. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSED HOW WEGMANS TREATS PEOPLE THAT CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE. Best of all the handed her a $500 fine because of it and told her she was lucky that the police weren't called. So un called for and no reason to treat a long time customer in that way. Never again Wegmans will we shop there and will gladly till the day I die, tell everyone our experience we have had.
