I have a love hate relationship with this place. I've had a few items I really liked a few items that I didn't.The El Chapo bowl, hummus wrap, chicken focaccia wrap, and portobello mushroom wrap were really good and would eat them again. You could taste the fresh ingredients in the food.The spicy tuna sandwich, wellness wrap, and the marinara Flatbread weren't the best.The wellness wrap sounds good but has too many ingredients. I like to eat healthy and have my food taste good, this wrap doesn't do both.I will continue to come here and try new items. I've had some of the items multiple times and I do enjoy coming here. The staff is very helpful and service is pretty fast.

Here at Welbeze you will be greeted by the Dynamic Trio of hard working women. They are well synchronized in effortlessly filling orders and preparing food. They are in constant motion never missing a beat!Last week I had the Coco Pb Acai Bowl and today's choice was the Avacado Toast with a fried egg on top. I can not rave about this enough! Definitely a new go to!The Welbeze menu is extensive and varied and you feel healthier just walking in the door. You can't go wrong here so I hope you'll stop in and find out for yourself!Fabulous food! Excellent choices! Kudos!

The smoothies are delicious as are the wraps.Five of us stopped in for lunch it was ready quickly and nothing was missed or incorrect!The staff are friendly and polite.

I ordered the citrus salad and the PBJ smoothie. I asked if they knew if the protein they use in the smoothie is gluten free, the girl was kind enough to let me read the label. It is. We waited a little bit for our food, but not too bad, but when she called us up for our salads (my friend got the same one, but with chicken), she pointed out that one had chicken and one has turkey on it. I told her mine was no meat because I'm vegetarian, but the chicken one was right. Something told me to watch her, which I'm so thankful I did. She turned around, put gloves on and I watched her just pick the turkey out of the salad, put the guacamole that comes with it in it's place and add more sesame seeds on top. I told her I wasn't going to eat that because I'm vegetarian and I don't eat meat, she said, and I quote "I know, I just made you a new one", to which I replied, "no you didn't, I just watched you take it off the top and cover it with the guac. I can still see the turkey right there!" and pointed to it. Then I said "I don't care what you do with this salad, but I'm not eating it. You can or she can (pointing to the cashier/smoothie maker)eat it, but I'm not." She turned around, grabbed the salad and looked right at me as she dumped it into the trash. I said "you could've eaten it. Or she could've, but I don't eat meat or anything that touches it." So then the smoothie maker goes "you don't eat meat, right", I said "yes", she goes "you know there's meat in the protein", I said "I know there's milk in it, yes, I'm not vegan, I'm vegetarian." To which she said "oh". Yeah. So besides the eye rolling and smart remarks I could hear under her breath, I watched her make my salad again, just in case she decided to add something "extra" on top. She didn't and I thanked her for remaking it when it was ready.Needless to say, I will not be going back. No apology, but lies. She blatantly lied RIGHT TO MY FACE and then to come at me with there being milk in the shake.FYI, the citrus salad doesn't come with meat in it, you pay for it separately. The salad was ok, didn't taste any dressing, so good thing the guac is good, but the smoothie was delicious.

Great place- but do not order through Doordash. I got there and the employee had to physically look up my order and make it. Great food, great staff, great music and setting- just don't use Doordash. :D

This place has awesome food great quality never had an issue with the food but customer service is HUGE issue at this location and definitely needs some work I went there today I walked in look at the menu figured out what I wanted a girl was behind the counter preparing orders she was running back and forth so I continued to be patient because notice she was super busy not a problem the problem came in when she was done preparing she turned looked at me turned right back around like I was never there she could have said I’ll be with u shortly or something never said nothing to me then the phone rang and rang then another girl came from the back to get the phone order then took my order fine not a problem she was nice but im not understanding why the girl preparing didn’t call for help why she didn’t tell the people in the back that they had customers waiting in the front that whole time I thought she was by herself I understand the short staff situation as a lot of places are I was there for 10-15 mins before anyone said anything to me if it wasn’t for that phone ringing I was going to be on my way out the door it’s just really annoying because they have good food but it’s not worth having to keep putting up with rude customer service

Delicious food! Dining area was nice and comfortable. I got the choco pb acai bowl and it was delicious. If you like coconut you will love it.I also got the feeling peachy smoothie and it was delicious as well.

A smoothie & juicery favorite in Buffalo. The value is arguably the best. Smoothies taste great. Ingredients are always fresh. Green Giant smoothie is phenomenal. Some of the best crepes and breakfast wraps in town; fully customizable. Staff always super friendly and happy to help. Chill eclectic music sets a great mood. As an added bonus, they offer a very rewarding frequent visitor & military points program.
