Their service was decent but like any other restaurant in the city they have locks on their bathrooms but these are pin pad locks so if someone else has the pin code, they can walk in on you.

This is maybe one of the worst Wendys in all of buffalo. The whole restaurant sucks, staff is even worse and all of them have the worst attitudes ever. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!

Came to Buffalo for a hockey game. Couldn’t get into the Anchor Bar. Long wait time, code for the bathroom, screwed up our order missing a hamburger…in another bag altogether. More than anything it’s filthy. No shortage of employees…some of the reviews here are shocking. Can’t believe that Wendy’s reads these reviews and does nothing.

Lazy ignorant workers let people stand at the counter for 10 minutes then tell them it's closing time and they can't take orders. Drive thru is wrapped around the building because they are so slow. Go anywhere else, don't waste your time and money at this location

Where do I start nice I had my 5 grandchildren with me aging from 11 down to the age of two the kids took a seat and my grandson found a piece of hair he said Grandma I found a piece of hair in my French fries I said where's the hair I don't know so I took the fries back up wasn't thinking I was just wanting to let him know that they're was a piece of hair in in my fries they gave me another one wasn't thinking anything until I reached into my bag to eat a fry it too had hair on it I was like what is going on by this time my mind is boiling so I asked for the manager and he went right back over there and tried to give me a bigger fry I looked in the bag I said I don't want to fry I was just letting you know you guys have hair in your fries I patronize this place all the time with my kids I feel hurt I know this is a long story so I'm just shortening it up for you but there's so much I want to say

There reward app scanner never works there and they don’t fix it so you can’t use you app when you go there and they just take so long to get her food together not worth the time or money but other locations are pretty good

Staff are always nice so I totally give them credit for that. This place is a hot mess though. There is always a very long wait no matter when you go here and the food never tastes fresh. I genuinely thought I didn't like Wendy's anymore until I ate at a different location and realized it's just that this location is honestly that bad. Gave it one last try today, waited for like 15 minutes in the drive through just for them to finally say that they're only doing mobile orders and door dash. Like come on, y'all. Anyway, do what works for you but I personally don't plan to ever come back to this location.
