The male manager on March 11th lied and stated the store was closed and it wasn’t. Individuals were already served. It’s 8:41PM no Wendy’s is ever closed. All doors were locked while customers were inside eating fresh food. No gloves being worn while cooking people’s food.

I have been to countless Wendy's locations. Wendy's is my go-to fast food choice when I'm on the road. This location at 1051 Main Street, Buffalo, wins the award for the worst Wendy's that I have ever visited! I can not stop thinking about just how disgusting and dilapidated this entire restaurant was: the kitchen (from what I could see), the dining room, and the bathroom. The bathroom was unlike anything that I have ever seen. It could have easily been used in a scary movie or a true crime series. There was garbage and fluids of some kind strewn across the floor, the room stank, and there was no toilet paper. I had to persuade the associate to kindly let us use the employee washroom, which was not much better. There were dried puddles of syrup underneath the fountain drinks machine. The condiments stand was disorganized. The tables and the floor were not clean. The side seating area looked like it had been abandoned. The customer service did not stand out as being friendly or hospitable. The prices seemed higher here than at other locations. I don't feel like we received good value for what we paid. The food was fine. There was ample parking and lots of seating space. I would highly recommend using the drive-thru if you or your loved ones consider visiting this Wendy's - and find a bathroom somewhere else beforehand!

I’m sorry I never give a review but this place is Unsanitized the lady in the front did not have no gloves in she was the one putting the food in the bag on top of that They gave me a warm strawberry lemonade and the food was cold never again.

Overall good place to get a quick bite. Service is terrible. Drive thru line is always a forever wait. And even tho it says open till 3am they will not serve late night customers. Went there at 1am and got told they was only doing door dash orders. They really need older staff cause those young’s kids are not it.

Today, Sunday, February 9th at 2:10pm, I had the worst service I have ever received. The young lady at the window is the rudest person I have ever seen or heard. I would not go back to Wendys. What a shame, because it is my favorite fast food.

Just went through the drive thru as I do every other day, mustve been new employees because I've never seen this white guy on the heavier side. Point is, I ordered my regular number 2 and needed a $7 dollar hot and spicy chicken nugget, but got it confused with chicken tenders and this rude ass dude kept cutting me off saying this isn't McDonald's "My Guy" and I was trying to correct myself but he was rushing me, so I told him, give me what you think it is, so he gave me to spicy chicken sandwiches, as I get to the window, I see he's trying to rush me and I'm on the phone so my brother can confirm what he wanted and this fool said, oh we have $7 dollar spicy chicken nuggets, well if he would've done his job, and allowed me to verify and find out, or offered me exactly what it was they had relatively close to what he knew I wanted, then no problem. And as I'm at the window paying, he's trying to justify it to his manager. All in all. Bad service. Im in the customer service field and I know what it is to be courteous and allow the customer a few minutes to figure out what they want. Sickening to see this type of individual working at a fast food place and can't deal with customers
