This place has got to be the absolute worst location I've been to by far. Dirty, and simply unprofessional. Waited literally 25 minutes without anyone asking to take my order all a while 9 people by the drive thru window with only 3 cars in the drive thru. Finally a girl comes but tells me she's clocking out, Then I hear what's supposed to be the manager say, " we don't have anyone taking care of the registers right now! How is that even a bit of a possibility? As a manager myself of a store, my job is to make sure the store is covered even if I have to cover the registers! This location needs to simply shut down or just fully change the staff completely! If you need help running this business. Feel free to email me! I'll change this whole store and do a 180°

Haven’t had any problems with this Wendy’s, food is always correct, I frequent this location on my lunch breaks and even when they’re busy they’re very fast. Thank you to the guy in the drive thru that said I look like the girl from Jennifer’s Body, made my day ?

Ordered on the mobile app and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a kids meal. Got home and they gave my daughter old dried out spicy nuggets instead of regular and old soggy fries. They forgot the toy, which for a kid is the most important part, and my burger was also dried out and old with a hard bun. Nothing about this makes me want to go back to this Wendy's.

The absolute rudest drive through girl I've ever experienced. Feb 11, 2024 at 3pm. Started at the drive through order screen with a tone that I was bothering her by making her work. Barely responsive. Then at the window grabbed my card, took sweet time with it to ring me up, cracked the window just enough to hand the card, and again with the food - basically like "here, take it and get out of here". Many thank you's completely ignored, no response. Rude, rude, rude.

Service was very good and the people pleasant. I usually use BK for my fast food burgers, but I've heard many times how good Wendys was. So I tried it tonight and was disappointed - the burger was kind of dry and clearly not as good as BK.

Don't go here. Food is massed cooked and just sits waiting for some poor soul to buy it. Ordered last night everything was cold even the sandwiches. Went back today during the day give it another shot. Food sitting, waited at the cash register in the ghost town of a dining room at 430 for 7 minutes 5 of those mins a young man stood near the register and never even said hello. If this was the first wendys I went to I would never go to another one again. They are going to make someone sick with the way they are conducting business. Stay away.
