Well I was there with four other family members we were going to have a nice brunch so we went in line we're the first ones as we were waiting I seen four or five I believe 5:00 people working on the drive-thru sometimes standing by the drive-thru so at one point I said excuse me can we get weight in it and practically ignored I asked again 10 minutes later I will be with you in a minute all these people working on drive-thru nobody up front then I asked if I could see the manager and she come out and she said I'm busy right now but I can help you in a minute we waited 10 more minutes nobody came up from so we left it was terrible I will never ever go there again got completely ignored like I was the color purple

IT SUCKED, Girl at counter playing with her braids while taking order the inside and outside FILTHY and FOOD was Cold. Fries were Warm. PAY Workers more and they do even less than before the pandemic.

I ordered baconator fries from drive thru I pulled over to eat my lunch and found they were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and they exchanged them for me no questions asked. The guy working fry station even apologized! I'm very satisfied they made it right.

I love Wendy's food don't get me wrong but the employees at this Wendy's don't seem to care about their customers. Three times I had to walk out because they saw me but they didn't even acknowledge me while I was standing there for 10 minutes trying to get an order in! In the morning the crew seem to be very pleasant but second and third shift they are very rude , ignore you, and I've seen them mess up a lot and when I mean a lot , I mean a lot of orders with their customers especially the drive thru. If someone needs help and no one is around and there's one or two eating at the tables, on lunch, break or whatever, and you go to ask them a question that's all they say sorry I can't help you I'm on lunch. Wow can you get someone to help me? That's when I get ignored. It only seems to be this Wendy's. Hate to leave a bad review but I'm going to be honest. Sorry.

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt every single time I order here. I have never been able to get everything I ordered or have it all be right at any point in time. The last time I ordered from here (before the time I am writing this) I waited an hour in the drive thru just for the food to all be wrong. Then I went inside to show them my receipt vs what was in the bag and they threw a hissy fit. Took another 30 minutes for my food and I figured maybe it was just a bad day. Today I ordered again, many months later. After a long drive thru wait I returned home with my food to find they gave me the wrong food and the wrong size frosty. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Absolutely terrible customer service, long wait times and no consistency. Personally don't recommend this location.

Why is the lobby closed at 2pm? I live right across the street but can't order food unless I get in my car and get in the drive thru. No reason the lobby should be closed at this time.

Lobby locked down at 6pm. Coke machine been broken for 2 weeks that I know. Went through drive thru. All our food was cold. Custom ordered baconanader was. Ot made right. Never going back to this location again. Do yourself a favor I don't stop there. Dingens St in Buffalo

Check your order. Constantly missing food. Just went there tonight, food was ice cold when we got it and missing a medium fry. Never got receipt
