I ordered baconator fries from drive thru I pulled over to eat my lunch and found they were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and they exchanged them for me no questions asked. The guy working fry station even apologized! I'm very satisfied they made it right.

Still Wendy's best location in Buffalo, they prioritize their online orders correctly, the food is perfect, and I've never had to return because of an incorrect order or order inaccuracy.

Severely lost drive thru employee, wrong change provided and order took a very long time. Family was getting items at CVS in the same plaza and we were about 20 min late getting them. Kitchen and front counter looked extremely lost and disorganized.
