After a terrible experience at the Taco Bell down the street at 2 AM, I came down to this Wendy’s location to get some food instead. I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no answer from the staff. As I went to leave, I slowly rolled past the windows and looked inside. The employee wasn’t even wearing her headset. Ridiculous and a waste of time. There wasn’t any other customers there, either.
The person that took my order was VERY rude was rushing me to order my food food was just thrown in the bag food may be ok depending on who making the food but THE SERVICE IS POOR VERY BAD especially the females like what you even come to work for

I don't expect the world with fast food. Just a reasonable quality of food and if there's a wait, communication of that time. That's about it.
I've never had an issue with the time. Food quality is alright, again it's fast food.
For fast food as a location it's 5/5, It meets expectations and I've had seldom to rare issues with quality. The food itself is a 2 on a bad day 4 on a good. The service has always been reasonable and the wait times are also reasonable based on traffic and time of day.

Why is the lobby closed before 8 pm on a Friday night when it's posted that it's open until 10pm. I have a picture of the hours as well. Some vehicles don't fit or are too loud for a drive thru. So we choose to go out before lobbies close but apparently we close earlier than advertised.

It was a little understaffed this morning. We had to wait, but it was definitely worth it !! that honey butter 🤩 amazing!!! Also, these meals get you full. I can’t even finish my little sandwich way to go Wendy’s.💪🏽

Wendy's on Elmwood sucks. This is the third time where I go there to try to get food and something is either blocking the entranceway or I can't open the door because nobody looks at the window to see if I need help as a person in a wheelchair. I don't think it's fair that I have to sit outside of an establishment for 20 minutes to get food I got so annoyed yesterday that I was tempted to go through the drive-through but before I did that, I just got pissed off and left. If you are a person in a wheelchair, please do not go to this Wendy's location. I honestly would give this location zero stars if I could.
Decided to stop here before taking my sister with disabilities to the Sabres game for her birthday. She was really excited about the new frosty she saw on TV. I ordered her a kids meal and asked for the drink to be substituted with a kids frosty (like i always do) and was told no. I was shocked but didn’t think much of it. When i went to the window a young caucasian girl with dark red hair just said “here” rolling her eyes shoving my food and drinks at me. The customer service here is not what it used to be and some serious training needs to get done

The food is alright, but there is no reason it should take over a half hour to even just getting to the ordering intercom. Then another 15 to wait for two biggie bags. Need to hire more employees, or actually manage the ones they have.

I placed an order for 3 items on doordash. After 2 hours of waiting for them to finish it I finally canceled the order because I realized they never will finish it. Do not order from here, if it is online, it will not be made. And it will take at LEAST 40 minutes for them to finish amd order when ordering in person. It will take half as long to drive across town to the other Wendy's.
