Received my food. Opened up the bags, and my nuggets and fries were thrown all over the bag. Had to immediately get back in line due to no sauce being placed in the bag for 3 different orders of nuggets. The icing on the cake is the food was cold. If customer service is important to you, avoid this location.

Save your money for a place that cares about your experience. My encounter was very disappointing compared to prior experiences with Wendy’s…. Fries were cold, soda machine had about 90 percent of the beverages empty….. (obviously the popular ones were sold out..) I can give a thumbs up for the chicken nuggets tho, fresh and hot like they should be..

service is horrible employees are super rude to customers i was just at the drive true the employee was to busy to realize her head set wasn’t activated so had e and another car have to go around about 2 time before she actually realized that her head set was off and on top of that gives us attitude i order i bacon double stack get my food no bacon poot poor service

They are prob the top place out of the mainstream big 3 fast food places. Wide variety of menu items, food is food, mobile app experience is nice, my only complaint ever would be some of the workers at most of the locations, they hate their jobs and it’s evident and it usually feels like they’re taking out that anger on you, management included…

Ordered a meal, me and my roommate have the same name, the worker was rude at the order box and the window
She refused to refund my friends order due to them not having items and this person was a manager too.
She cursed at us from the window when we requested it to be escalated to higher management and was talking very rudely about us to kitchen staff, cursing at us, pointing out my friends skin color
I did not receive my food, we left due to worrying about them messing with our food. My roommate also didn't get their food, they canceled aswel
I will contact corporate about this

I eat here they don't give the receipt at the counter that way you can't complain about rude service. Even the cleaning people are lazy they want give order like work for them.Also staff close place before 10 pm dinner area that they do no work. They should get fire and be replaced with working individuals.wendy is great brand but this employees embarrass them.

Went through the drive-through last night and ordered two apple pecan salads. The chicken was so old, it was hard as rocks. I thought maybe a piece of plastic of some sort was dropped in the salad. It turned out it was the chicken, and the employee just heated it up in a microwave just put it on top like what ever. So pissed off!!!!

Sorry the staff here a very rude indeed! I’m reading the comments! they sometimes also let you sit in line for 7-8 minutes before they come and take your order so I wouldn’t doubt they do the same to others. Time to get your priorities straight!

Gotta love these Wendy's employees LOSING THEIR MINDS when we walked into order, as the only people in the establishment (mind you it was 7:30, normal dinner time). Employees are straight up yapping behind the counter on personal calls, not making any food, or any orders correct. The employees who did take our orders couldn't be more upset that they had to do the slightest bit of work, what a shame. Good thing they proceeded to not give us one of our drinks, one of our frosty's, or any sauces. Remember, we were the only people inside eating and the drive-thru was near empty as well. It is embarrassing how rude these employees can be when they have to do the slightest bit of work. It's not like we rocked the boat, I didn't even bother to have them correct all their mistakes because they were so bothered by our presence to begin with that I thought it would be better just to get out of there. Hopefully they stick it out here at Wendy's cause they don't deserve anything better.

Literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The person that took our order was clueless and rude to us. Also they took 30 minutes to get our order and we saw multiple workers not doing anything. One was taking a phone call while preparing our order. Worst experience never coming back ever.
