I went threw the drive threw and placed a order totalling around $60 they forgot part of my order so I had to drive back and it took them about 25 minutes to bring me the food they had forgot so the rest of the food I already received was cold which is all the food that I was going to eat ironically and the girl inside with Pail skin and black leggings was eating food straight from the fryer😂🤣very disappointed with my first visit to this location and it's right next to my house so I'm afraid it will probably be my last sense I wasted 60 bucks

I’m sure the food is fine here just like every other Wendy’s. I’m killing time waiting for my kids trying to do some work on my computer. Unfortunately I have a bad battery that only lasts 15 minutes. I bought a $3.25 beverage in order to do some work there on their wifi and charge my computer. Unfortunately they turn off the plugs in the seating area. They turned them back on for me, but turned them back off after an hour and my computer died. I get it. They probably have a lot of poor people who loiter and charge their stuff, but I’m paying $3.25 for a drink because of the electricity and wifi. Next time I’m going to McDonald’s.

I went through the drive through on my bike and the lady wrking said she can’t take my order if I’m not in a car. This is wild specially because I went through the drive through multiple times on on a bike before!? The Helly

First time here , 85 degrees outside , NO AC in the whole place I feel so bad for these employees having to work like this & the cashier who was very nice said it was 96 degrees in the kitchen 👀 , the company needs to do better !

I typically drive further than the Dingens St location because the atmosphere and service are usually better. Sadly, today that was not the case. The employee setting the chairs down for the tables this morning was so noisy that it was disruptive to my meal. After speaking louder to counter the cacophony of chairs hitting the floor, the sound continued which was just too jarring to enjoy my meal. When making a complaint, the manager gave a half-baked (much like their biscuits) apology. I will not visit this location again.

When you spending your hard earned money you don’t want to waste it on food like this . Drive thru service is not so friendly. And they give you what they want twice I went thru the drive thru and same thing. I only like the baconator for the bacon.
I literally have such good service i religiously come in around 10:30 and they know my order by heart when I forget to say just mayo on my burger they're like ummm are you sure you want that lettuce and tomato on there lol thank you guy's I appreciate your service and please go work for this manager she is super nice if i didn't have a job I'd be putting in an application.
Never will eat here again. No wonder the spicy chicken sandwiches was 2 for 7.00$, it was gross. Felt like I had a tire iron sitting in my stomach for a day. Next day I try and eat something I throw up. The Sandwich tasted like they just threw it in the microwave to warm it up. 🤢🤢😷
I can honestly say that the lunch today was the best version of Wendy's I have had in years. Whoever was working on 1/17 for lunch, just the best crew. Super fast, the fries were hot, the burger was juicy and not burnt/crusty. Awesome job today!
This location was very pleasant and the food was on point, shout out to the window guy i think his name was richard he was the best customer service rep i’ve interacted with in a long time he gave me the freshest of fries on request so i had to give my guy a review.
