I typically drive further than the Dingens St location because the atmosphere and service are usually better. Sadly, today that was not the case. The employee setting the chairs down for the tables this morning was so noisy that it was disruptive to my meal. After speaking louder to counter the cacophony of chairs hitting the floor, the sound continued which was just too jarring to enjoy my meal. When making a complaint, the manager gave a half-baked (much like their biscuits) apology. I will not visit this location again.

When you spending your hard earned money you don’t want to waste it on food like this . Drive thru service is not so friendly. And they give you what they want twice I went thru the drive thru and same thing. I only like the baconator for the bacon.

I literally have such good service i religiously come in around 10:30 and they know my order by heart when I forget to say just mayo on my burger they're like ummm are you sure you want that lettuce and tomato on there lol thank you guy's I appreciate your service and please go work for this manager she is super nice if i didn't have a job I'd be putting in an application.

Never will eat here again. No wonder the spicy chicken sandwiches was 2 for 7.00$, it was gross. Felt like I had a tire iron sitting in my stomach for a day. Next day I try and eat something I throw up. The Sandwich tasted like they just threw it in the microwave to warm it up. 🤢🤢😷

I can honestly say that the lunch today was the best version of Wendy's I have had in years. Whoever was working on 1/17 for lunch, just the best crew. Super fast, the fries were hot, the burger was juicy and not burnt/crusty. Awesome job today!

This location was very pleasant and the food was on point, shout out to the window guy i think his name was richard he was the best customer service rep i’ve interacted with in a long time he gave me the freshest of fries on request so i had to give my guy a review.

I should have written this back when this happened to me but it wasn't something I thought about

Months ago I came through the drive through for food and the person who took my order did something that amused me to no end. He took my order using a really funny voice. It made my night. When I pulled up to pay and get my food the two guys working were clearly having a good time with each other and that further made my night. They were having a good time and it made me have a good time

Food was cold, the girl in The drive thru had liquid cheese sauce on her hand and was blowing on it for what reason I have no idea. But very unhygienic and gross and then handed us our food. She should not be serving anyone.

Went into the lobby to order food. My cash was slightly damp having gone thru the wash the night before. Due to such, I was told it was unacceptable and they declined my payment. Their competitor across the street at no issue.

We went through the drive-thru. I believe the manager took our order and he was so professional and so good that when we got to the window I told the young man are you the one who took our order and he said no it's the manager said tell him he did a great job taking our order

Go through drive-through, Ordering a biggie bag. (I’ve worked at Wendy’s before and was a manager, I know what’s on the burgers). I ask to ADD Ketchup, pickle, and onion. What’s happens? I get only ketchup, pickle, onion (no mayo, tomato, or lettuce, which is what comes on it). now, I can only figure this, because people listen at fast food, rather than read the screens like they’re trained. So I go back through and let them know. What do they do? They TAKE BACK the burgers and throw on one tiny slab of lettuce and a piece of tomato, And add no mayo. There was mustard on the which doesn’t come on the sandwich. Policy refrain from taking food back through the window, And they threw on some thing that I very well could’ve been allergic to.

Normally, I could care less, but for a manager to act that way and seeing a mess up, and taking it to fix it, and not doing it the correct way, There’s something about that doesn’t seem fitting with me.

The food was very cold and dry and my burger had wayy to much mayo on it was terrible couldn't even eat it very sloppy. The only thing good was the frosty the cola wasn't even good I asked for a coke and it taste like Dr pepper. Only purchase I enjoyed was the nuggets and the very berry frosty . Customer service sucked as well .

I cannot rate atmosphere at a drive-through they never turn their lights on the sign boards at this location until way after dusk The prices at Wendy's now are way too high for the product you get or the quality of product you get The signboards on the outside are not digital at this location and their credit card machine takes tapping pay what you have to give them your phone which I don't feel comfortable with post COVID still...
