Honestly it was ok until the interaction with the white guy working Friday night. I guy placed his order after me and got saved 1st..no hig deal. I simply asked if my order was ready and he had and attitude and said there's a board dedicated to this but then couldn't find my order.. lose the bad attitude. Not knocking the job but I'll buy the place just to fire him.

The location in Buffalo on Hertel and Delaware : They routinely take too long to make food. Their process of making food is flawed. They don't make all the items in the order at once. So the items that are made first are cold by the time that they make the other items in your order. The young children or young adults that they have working are rude and don't know the first thing about customer service. I will never ever go to that location again. Go to that location again. Also, the way that they're making sauces for some of the flavors are not consistent.

The boulevard location needs to learn a thing or two from the deleware location..This location sauces everything to perfection and seasons the voodoo fries perfectly along with the perfect amount of ranch and cheese. The boulevard always adds the fry seasoning to the voodoo fries when it’s supposed to be Cajun only. I get food for DELIVERY from deleware and when I get it, it’s still hot and fresh. You can’t even order pick up and show up 5 minutes early at the boulevard and get hot food. Fries are always cold and chicken is barely warm. Deleware should train the boulevard for sure because it’s perfect everytime I get it and they don’t forget stuff in my bags. 10/10 everytime, Good job guys!!
