I did have a bad experience Friday w my order but the owner Jay contacted me the next day and apologized and asked what happend and I told him and he fixed it right away and gave me a gift card I must say NOW THAT IS ONE BEST OWNER CUZ I WANTED TO KNOW THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT I ALREADY SAY COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY AND HE IS BY FAR A GREAT MAN AND TAKES HIS BUSINESS SERIOUS AMEN AND THANK YOU AGAIN I APPRECIATE FOR SOLVING MY ISSUE ?

I live nearby so I’ve ordered Wise Guys often throughout the years. For a while I could always depend on the pizza being hot and cooked well.
Lately, however, there’s no telling what will show up when I order. The pizza from my most recent order was both burnt on the outside and raw in the center (perhaps the oven is on too high). Even still, it was cold when it arrived. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a bad pizza, which is why I’ve decided to leave a review now, especially with wait times creeping over an hour.
I didn’t finish my first slice and tossed the rest. Disappointed and a little annoyed at this point. I won’t be ordering again.

Can you put a price tag on perfection? Wiseguys seems to think so - and it’s quite reasonable. This is the gold standard for Buffalo pizza and chicken wings, and the cheesecake is unbelievable. You must get the Godfather wings on the pit!!

Pay $60 for just a large cheese and pep pizza with 20 wings med. pretty standard in buffalo as in for an order. Charged an extra $2 for medium wings which they considered specialty sauce. Went here all the time as a kid when I grew up over there. The quality has dropped a lot as I see. Crust ripped off the slice, dough missing from the bottom. Just one big slop. Dough raw also. To be told that all they can do is just offer me credit over the phone or a gift card for the sauce up charge, they didn’t seem to care about the quality about the product. Asked to talk to jay the owner, she said he will call me if he finds the time at some point and time in the future. Another staple gone… seems illegal to overcharge a customer and then say, well our policy is to keep your money and only return it in a gift card so that you are forced to spend more money with us.
