Usually very good baked goods. This time the Cranberry Pound Cake was dry, fell apart, and was flavorless. I was surprised and disappointed. Everything else was good as usual.

You brought my Grandma back. I guess I’ll never know where she used to buy her springerle cookies, but when I tasted yours, they took me back. She lived on Eggert road for over 50 years and I have to hope it was from you all. They were exactly what I remember. Also, the shopping experience was lovely and you all were so helpful and kind. Been getting the cherry stolen since I was a kid (30+ years) and absolutely love it! I have a huge sweet tooth and I think this is my favorite dessert in the world. A real god Parisian pain a chocolat or a Parisian classic fruit tart are neck and neck.

I’ve never left a review before but this place was unbelievable. Terrible customer service, the cake didn’t even look like the picture it completely ruined the theme of the party. The worst part was they had a I don’t care about anything attitude.
You will find this is an authentic bakery where everything is homemade, and everything tastes delicious.Crusty breads (try their Alligator Bread), cookies, pastries, cakes, meringue, and more.Family owned and operated. Absolutely love it, and enjoy stopping in each time I'm back in Williamsville, NY.
They charge a fee to use card as cash is preferred. Presentation wasn't perfect but flavor is on point
