I would like to share my first impressions with everyone about Delightful Bites by Nina. First, I called with a question or two and was informed Nina had stepped out for a moment and would return my call as soon as she returned. Low and behold she did in fact call me back with answers to all my questions and seemed like a very nice person both on the phone and in person. Now to the really important stuff. Such a joyous place to visit - and an amazing representation of all that is good and wonderful about the Catskills and the potential of Cairo. The baked goods are prepared carefully, thoughtfully and lovingly and each bite brings delight! I can’t recommend this establishment - and the incredible staff - highly enough! Brava!!!
Nina was SO kind, gracious and helpful, and so prompt with replies, even though I had a million questions and some changes and was probably a problem customer. Then the cupcakes were the best ones I have ever had. Everyone at our event commented on how the frosting was fantastically flavorful without being as painfully sweet as we have learned to worry cupcakes might be. I am SO GLAD we ordered from her and absolutely plan to use her for every event.
