My friend and I met halfway between our homes for lunch and a catch-up session, today. Springbrook was a comfortable, warm place to meet on a cold day. The waitress (owner?) and chef were exactly the right amount of 'present.' My friend had the Irish Coffee and the margherita pizza, and I had a rum and diet and the fig pizza. Everything was DELICIOUS. A new fave, for sure.
Excellent atmosphere with a fun staff to interact with. Very attentive bartender with a nice sense of humor. Living only a few minutes away, I may frequent the place quite often. 5/5 for convenience and friendliness.
I had chicken fingers and fries, I was expecting a few 5-8 small slices of chicken.I got enough to fill up and had some to take home, the fries were crisp and plentiful. The only thing I would liked was a thicker sauce to put on the fries. I will return and try some other items out in a few weeks. The music was just a bit loud, tho that may have been due to my hearing aids. All in All a positive experience.
