It was a Sunday afternoon, My wife and I took a friend out for a bit, and we decided to head to Rafters. We enjoyed lunch and a few drinks. The place started to fill up with musicians, so we stayed for some of the music. If you're looking for a blast from the past, give Rafters a visit, a cool

We are Thursday night TRIVIA regulars. Our favourites are chicken caesar salad and the burgers followed with the chocolate cake! It is a friendly crowd at the game and the bar. Service is always with a smile.

Great bar food, tasty cocktails and the best live music every weekend. Check out the open mic every Sunday, if you are a musician or music lover. Very friendly owners , staff and customers!

As Borat would say "very nice"! Clean environment, cozy, great food, polite bartenders

Come to this place if you want to be insulted by the bar tender. She really needs to be fired. Also they are a bar without a bar menu???

Rafters Tavern is a wonderful bar, restaurant and bastion for tourists and locals alike! Molly and Brewster are the best hosts and the welcoming atmosphere cannot be beat. We hosted an amazing event there and even had our parents request to come to Rafters for Trivia on their next visit! We are Rafters fans for life and can't recommend this place enough.

Great Tavern! The staff accommodated our group of 31 last min on a Saturday night. The food came out quick and was very good. I had the Delaware Burger. All the burgers looked great. Nice games on shelves kept all the kids occupied. Everyone left happy.

This place is fun and casual and the service is great. Its an old school tavern and has many interesting decorations. Also has a shelf with a bunch of board games to play. We had burgers and beers. The marsala burger on a pretzel bun with sweet potato fries was yum! Not in the mood for a burger try the burrito, also yum. They had live music in the yard which was very entertaining . Definetly a great place to stop for a quick bite. The servers were so cheerful and attentive as well .

This is such a classic timeless tavern. From the photos of Chip Forelli to Dawn serving us, my parents and I had an incredible time here. The vibes are immaculate, especially with the live band. The food is great and just right for a tavern like this. Brewster even came out to give us his rapid fire hot sauce (ask for it if you see him). Such a kind staff and warm cozy bar.

Rafter's Tavern is more than a bar or restaurant, it's a community. Great food and service are just the beginning. I love just coming out to hear music and hang out. When I was new to the area, I made a lot of new friends that way. If you're here for just the weekend, Rafter's is one of the places where can experience some of the Sullivan Catskills magic instantly. Everyone here — owners, servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, even many gusts — they're all committed to making Rafter's a great experience for locals and weekenders alike. They have music every Friday (more solo acoustic), Saturday (more bands) and a fantastic open mic on Sundays.

Guaranteed fun for a meal or to stay over! Best burgers ever in their famous pretzel buns at what has become one of the top music venues on the East coast! Sunday night is Open Mic. Top musicians drive up from Manhattan mixed with talented locals! You’d be surprised at the famous people hidden away in the area. Thanks to the pandemic, plenty more fled the city for the area. Upstairs is a convenient and cool hidden Airbnb that has the vibes of a firmer speakeasy brothel above an old time saloon in a Wild West town! I don’t want to reveal where the secret entrance is, but you’ll feel like you’re in your own hideout. The mattress and linen in our room was so comfortable. We didn’t want to ever leave. Fun vintage shops within a block away and other dining options for when Rafter’s is closed. Check for their hours before you go. ?Loved this place.
