Does It Matter
The drive thru cashier charged me twice saying that my card apple tap didnt work so i tapped a different card using apple pay. After midnight i saw they charged me again at 1:31 am! I went back today after pending payment was posted and they said they wont give me my money back without a printout of my bank statement. After tried giving them my card number but they said i am lying because the apple pay card numbers differ from the physical card. Which is true that the numbers are different but they are tied to the same card. This is apple pay that does that and i am not lying! I reported to bbb and filing a police report now.L

I want to say whoever this lady is very very rude. I was courteous, kind, polite to her in every way possible wasn’t rude or anything to her, so got my order, etc. I didn’t even get to check my order fully to make sure everything was in the bag but I got a text message from my mother I’m texting her back. She opens the windows like excuse me sir can you kinda move your car you can’t stand here you know could you just please move you know and mind you there was no car behind me, I kindly said to her I’m going to leave just give me a second. I just have to text back and I didn’t even get to check my order to see if everything was in there. No well you can’t stand here you just have to move you know this is not a spot for you to hang out you know for what all of that Hostility wasnt necessary. I will never ever deal with this again. Trust. And I was going to bring the food back. There’s only because my parents was hungry and they needed me to get food for them. Smh no respect at all.. try and do better KFC with your workers

My order was cancelled after waiting and tracking because my kids were hungry. They cancelled at the ETA time and all the while still took my last $50. I called to get the money right back and was told I had to wait 24 to 72 because this location wasn't answering the phone.

Now I'm not really a fan of kfc. Their wedges were my favorite but then they got rid of them and I haven't been back since. I saw a commercial for the new hot and spicy chicken wings. It's 8 wings for $5. And let me tell y'all, they are good. Nice and crispy. They weren't too spicy; they had just the right amount of spice. I would come back just for those.

I bought the $20 fill-up. Da best. 20 no mystery meat nuggets, large pieces of chicken, 4 fluffy biscuits, 2 scoop of fries, and 4 dressing packs. I love it.

I love chicken, it wasn't greasy or fried hard it was seasoned just the way I like it. What I really like from KFC is their Cole slaw absolutely delicious.
I usually get the chicken nuggets and those are good. One thing that needs to be fixed immediately is the drive thru microphone. They asked me to remember my large order until I got to the window. The pot pie is good but as I mentioned above with the broken microphone I had to wait until my pot pie was ready which took about 15 minutes so they asked me to drive out of the drive thru and drive back in 15 minutes which frustrated me.
