If prejudice is bad customer service, then they win 1st place. The lady behind the counter told me I had to pay before she starts cooking my food. What if I would have called, then my food won’t get cooked until I get there?

If were able to give no stars, I would. Giving them a star is being highly generous of me. I ordered a shrimp and broccoli for delivery and ended up driving to the restaurant because the meal delivered smelled spoil. I called to inform them I was returning the food for a fresher one but upon my arrival they both refused to give me a fresher order or refund me. To make matters worse, they told me to call police in which I did. After their conversation with the cops they "claimed" they would give me a fresher order. Instead, they took the orders and cooked it over in the wok and served me back the same spoiled food that she said she cooked in the morning. My order was placed mid afternoon. I will be filing a complaint to both BBB and to the Health Department.

I prefer this restaurant very much. It has a great atmosphere. The food is very tasty. the service is efficient and the team is courteous. The pay is modest. very much recommend.
