Messed up my order n had to come back

GARBAGE!! DO NOT GO TO TOWNSHIP BWW. I have been ordering there since November. Every single time I have to walk behind the counter to get my pick up order even though they have a note saying not to (because it’s ovyestly a regular thing to not help at pickup) 95% of the time they mess up my order… no sauce on the wings.. no extras that I pay the extra for.. the service is terrible. If you want a refund? You have to wait until the next day and hope they put it in for you or they’ll have you eat the cost. Ordered pickup at 5 pm for 810 pick up and didn’t receive it until 840 and it was completely wrong. Also I was on my work break and didn’t get to eat. I am so tired of this place it’s AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!! They need a new owner that actually cares about the service to the public since we are the ones putting money into their buisness when we order or they need completely new staff. I shouldn’t have to stand at pickup EVERY SINGLE TIME and call them to help me. That’s IF they pick their phone up. I’ll be sure to share with EVERYONE my experience with this awful establishment.

I waited several minutes at the to go counter for my pick up. Finally, I decided to walk behind it myself & grab my order. Place was essentially empty & multiple people were right near it & said nothing

The food is perfectly fine, but the service should you be lucky enough to have Ashleigh is divine. She's wonderful, charming, and oh so thoughtful. Would come back again just for her!

I love their wings, especially the Thai Curry flavor. The Tuesday buy one get one free wing special is also a hit. I visit at least once a month. Download the app, and you can also get free food.
