Boyfriend and I have been here a handful of times…. Always cold even when it’s winter outside 🥶
We don’t have TERRIBLE remarks about the place BUT, 2 times we have had miscommunication 😓
•First time we were so excited for our boneless wings, and as we were going to order them (having mentioned boneless as we are speaking our order to the waitress) the waitress then feels the need to mention how there was a BOGO for 50% off on Tuesday-never mentioning it was for traditional wings though so that was a shock when they were brought out …
•Second time we even called the location to confirm that on Thursdays are the BOGO for boneless (having been let down previously) so we go on Thursday and then continue to confirm with the waitress it’s buy one get one free boneless wings …. I order 15 for myself (wanting 2 sauces) and my boyfriend orders 15 (wanting the 15 separated in 3 sauce types) the whole time thinking we were going to be getting the “ Buy one order of boneless wings, get one of equal or lesser value free”-negative….Again we get our order shocked; myself having 30 and him having 30 …she believed I wanted 15 and then free 15 on top of that all for myself and he wanted 15 and free 15 for his order for himself too
Lots of miscommunication/misunderstanding … frustrating to say the least.
The waitresses were apologetic both times though. Live and learn I guess.

It was my daughter birthday and I wanted them to sing happy birthday to her like they did another person in their but our waitress said she can’t sing wasn’t the best waitress at all food flavor was terrible and it’s very cold in there

First I want to say our waitress was very good and the food tasted good. I would give her 5 stars but the overall experience was not good so service rating has 3 stars (5 for the waitress, 0 for the restaurant service). But.... we arrived and the restaurant was half empty, however, we were told it would be 25 minute wait for 5 of us. Felt odd but I try not to presume whatever they have going on and 25 mins isn't that bad. While we waited over 45 mins (they told us 25) they proceeded to seat more than 11 people (3 3-somes and 2 2-somes) that came in after we did. Many other groups left after waiting too long or came in and left when told how long the wait is. Remember, the parking lot and restaurant were half empty. They said they couldn't seat 5 yet even though there were tables in the empty area of the restaurant available. They could have easily put is somewhere with tables combined or our 5th on the end of a table like all other restaurants do. We would not have waited 45 mins but after 25-30 mins we weren't going to lose that time we 'invested'. Eventually we were seated. The food took quite a while to arrive but tasted good, only issue there was that two salads ordered were missing key standard ingredients like tomatoes.

Food was great as usual but our waiter walked by to many times to count in a 10 minute timeframe while I was wanting another beer. After our food came out by another person. The waiter never asked how the food was or anything. The total time we were there was 1 and a half hours and only talked to our waiter 4 times first time was drinks we already knew what we wanted but didn't bother asking waited till after we got our drinks to order the food

Internet order 90 minutes ahead I arrived 10 minutes early but then stood for 50 minutes I was told my food was overcooked and needed to be cooked again 25 minutes before I finally got my food The sad thing is I pre-tipped about 40% because it was a gift card I wanted to use up

2-8-25. Sadly I had to change my latest review because of poor service. Our waitress was polite but the look she gave us because we preferred water not alcohol or soda, some of us cannot drink any of these due to medical reasons, she gave us a look of slight annoyance. She admitted she did not look at our coupon which was a BOGO Free snack coupon. She failed to deliver the free item , or the celery or dressing as she told us she would . I had to get the attention of the passing manager to get it addressed. Sadly, it will be a lloooong time before we may, if ever, go back . Very poor service.

Literally called to order dinner for myself and my husband whose working 14 hours and myself whose doing school 10 hours a day and sick right now. I was greeted on the phone then as soon as I asked to order for pick up at 10:40 pm when they close at 1am. I got huffed at then was put on hold. Mean while my husband called on the other line. I answered and decided to order online instead while on the phone with him. When we got off the phone 8 mins later the phone was still on hold. Apparently people do not want to do their jobs!!

Me and my wife want to hear to watch the Nascar race and we asked them to put it on and they did they put it on a TV right in front of us

If anyone says that Buffalo wild wings is not good, they don't like chicken wings I guess. They always have consistency, their sauces stay on the wings, and they're cooked to perfection. Their sides are good and service is excellent. We love the bartender, she's always super helpful and kind. Love the Tuesday night specials.

Stopped in for dinner and stood at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Multiple employees looked at us and just continued doing what they were doing. No one ever came over so we left and went somewhere else. There was no one else waiting.

Trying to call to order food they hung up on me 8 times so I drove in person to order the food I told nicely about the phone problem I was told not in Nice way that didn't happen
