I placed a large order for mini icecream cups for a halloween birthday party. I had specific requests (needed to look like the Reeses picture on the site, vanilla and swirl, and a couple halloween theme plain ones) They nailed it! the halloween theme ones were absolutely the cutest too. The ordering process was super easy on the website and my husband was able to walk in and grab them. Everyone wanted to know where we got them from because they looked so great, tasted fresh, and no freezer burn. I can't thank them enough for making this so seamless and perfect.

This place was honestly a disappointment. For there parties everything is not correctly advertised. The customer service is beyond terrible. Parties for kids are better anywhere else. Would never go here again.

Wow! What a great treat! Huge variety of flavors. Iâm a sucker for Perryâs. Super friendly, fast, and efficient staff. Drive thru is great option for ice cream. From the pictures n the wall it looks like they really support the community. I highly recommend Charlieâs

We held my daughterâs party here at the end of March. It was literally the perfect venue for a âTwo Sweetâ party! This could have easily been a five star review and a future party rental spot. But both of my concerns were dismissed when brought up to the employee that took over for the owner. Normal parlor rental is 12 to 2 but we asked to have the party from 11 to 1 because our two year old (the birthday girl) naps around 1. This being said concern 1 was that we were ready for the ice cream cake to come out and it was not what I ordered⊠not even close, I ordered the cute cake that had purple and pink ice cream cones on the side that we saw on their social media, she knew exactly which one I was talking about when I called. The employee on admitted sheâs never decorated a cake but offered to redo it, it sufficed for a two year old, but extremely disappointing that it was not well done. Keep in mind, them messing up our cake order had everyone waiting for it to be redone, we luckily wrapped up in time and were cleaned up by 1:15. Concern 2 most places which Iâve rented for birthdays allow a 1/2 hour set up and a 1/2 hour clean up. There was a gentleman that came in at 12:58, he left (I thought because she told him there was a party wrapping up, whatever fine but then a party of at least 8 that came in right at 1 when the parlor wasnât even open until 2. Which made our clean up a lot more stressful as the employee was busy making all of their orders when we were ready to pay and get out of there.

The only reason I do not recommend Charlees is not because they did anything wrong, itâs because there are other ice cream places around that are better quality. For example, I enjoy a strawberry shake. The way it was made there was soft Serve in a cup with strawberry syrup blended in and it was like the consistency of eggnog. No fruit, not thick, no need for straw or spoon and it just tasted like fake strawberry. Yes it was a super fast service because that was all they had to do to make it. The quality of the strawberry shake was low. I cannot speak about the rest of it, however, we also got one other dish which was just Soft Serve with sprinkles and advertises as birthday cake ice cream . Again, just soft serve with sprinkles, no chunks of cake or anything else. It wasnât awful, but I would recommend other ice cream places in the area as better options.
Charlie's Ice Cream offers different classes. We got tickets to decorate your own lucky charms ice cream cake. We had fun. It was pretty easy to do .It was a nice treat to bring home. Everything tasted really good. Will back again sometime to try some ice cream.

Asked for the strawberry custard the girl warned me that it was quite runny. (shouldn't be selling it) and tried to give me a sample but it was running off the spoon....all over... She suggested just putting it in a bowl and I said no thank you I don't want melted ice cream LOL then I tried to order a small soft vanilla with the blue raspberry slush along with one scoop of the cinnamon (a separate bowl ) and the total came to $13...!? As she didn't know how to ring it up properly and was still charging me for the more fancy one ? ? Decided just to pay for the $6 one.the blue raspberry slush was white** with no flavor..... when I tried to address this with her she was quite stubborn... Was asking for a refund and she was not being cooperativea dark haired woman came over was going to give me a refund and I said you know what--- I do want the ice cream .she said I'll try to pour out the last of the blue raspberry in it so at least she was trying to be helpful LOL...internet down, so entered my cc # by hand.

We had our daughter's birthday party here. It was a great event, the kids loved decorating their own cakes and making their own Sunday. Lily was a terrific instructor. She did a great job leading the kids in the cake decorating. The highlight for most of the kids seemed to be going behind the counter to pour their own ice cream!
