I live down the street and have been coming to this location for the past 5 years. Somehow, each visit gradually gets worse. Today, during dinner hours there was 1 person working the line with no sense of urgency. There were 13 people in line ahead of me. It took nearly 10 minutes for 1 order to be completed, so I left and ordered Mexican food from somewhere else.

I wish i could give this place a zero. The people that are working are terrible and rude and give dirty looks. And scremed for no reason at people insted of a nicer way. It made me vary mad and upset to the point i wanted to leave i hope they all get fired

I don’t know why I keep going back. It just keeps getting worse and worse. First, they skimp on the servings. Second , the quality of food is not good. My guac was brown, my chips had no flavor and the rest was just meh… I enjoy my meals at other location. This one sucks. And if you order, make sure you don’t do it online. They will screw up your order.

Incompetent. A word that describes this place when it comes to online orders. I ask for a simple, SIMPLE, burrito. Steak, rice, beans, cheese, queso, and a dip on the side. After getting home and picking up my burrito it was cold and warm to the touch, I knew something was wrong. Someone who doesn't know how to follow or read instructions decided to add salsa and sour cream into the order. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Rather go to Moes at this point, at least they welcome you.
Food was fine, though I wish the bad wasn't falling apart by the time I got out of the car before I opened the package of food

That’s a $16 bowl with DOUBLE chicken. Double. That was what I got for my 15 MINUTE WAIT. Idk why people go here it’s 100% overrated.
Thanks Chipotle for that super filling meal. Took me a whole 3 min to eat. Would have been better off staying home and eating bagel bites 🙄. Still going to have to make them anyway.
My daughter got a $6 kids mean and, no lie, it was heavier. This has to be a joke…

This is the best run Chipotle. I've been to all the others in the Syracuse area and around the country and none are as efficient as this one. Whoever manages this one needs to teach all the other locations how to run things.

Stopped in for two bowls, two bags of chips and two drinks, the only thing not skimpy was the drinks because we filled them ourselves. Amazed at how small the bowl portion was, but their prices didn't go down. I think we're done with chipotle for a while.
