This store location has gotten worse and worse, no sense of urgency, filthy, 25 minute waits for food. Half the staff smoking out back with 20 plus people in line, $18 for a cold meal and thrown together with no love for the food, such a shame.

Only allowing online orders for some reason? Signs up on doors. Ordered and came back for pick up at the ready time. It was ready with my cup in the bag. Once I got home and had my first bite, the rice was severely undercooked! Plus my bowl was not even half full! I had to waste time after ordering and my meal wasn’t what it should have been quality wise. Disappointed.

Im going to keep coming here because the food is good but its so understaffed. They'll have a line out the door and only have 1 person making food. It seems everyone else is focused on togos. There's a reason why Chipotle sales are down, take care of the customers or they will go elsewhere.

I wish I could rate lower. Store is disgusting, not one table is clean for me and my 2 year old to eat at, I ordered a chicken bowl and it's all vegetables with barely any chicken. Not to mention your prices are higher because you're in a higher income suburb. If you're gonna charge more for food, better get those portions dialed in because I'm leaving hungry and ripped off. Learn to franchise better.

First time in a while to chipotle, my choice of food was very affordable and I actually got two meals out of it. When I had walked in, it was packed in the middle of the week, but they moved right along, and it actually was a fundraiser for a local school, but they still performed to their best and In-N-Out you go..
They open at 10:45 yet there is no food ready and an attitude. Most employees have a nice tan.

STOPPED ONLY WORRYING ABOUT TO GO ORDERS, every single time i am in this location theres 3-4 team members working to go orders and 1-2 serving the in store guests. Even when there is 20+ people in line they never pause to go orders or even acknowledge the line. If you try to say something to the manager, it’s always attitude I’ve tried myself 3 times over the last 3-4 months & today watched someone for the 4th time try to nicely say something, always met with attitude & excuses about how they’re overloaded with too go order too. THEN TURN THEM OFF, if you can’t handle both sides equally. There’s NO reason at 5 pm on a weekday there should be 1 person serving in house guests like today with 15+ people in line, 20-25 minutes wait with 4 orders infront of me, can’t imagine how long it took for the 10 people behind me
