I’ve never felt so strongly about leaving a review, first of all I worked at this chipotle about 5 years ago, and it was taken care by an amazing manager who made sure everyone was doing their job and was always polite and attentive, let me start by saying that the person that first greats you actually never actually greets you nor even speaks the whole time he’s making my bowl, points at the items and literally says NOTHING, I normally don’t mind until today, I asked for a salad with barbacoa, mild, corn, sour and cheese, I get home and grab my chipotle bag and the bag is covered in barbacoa juice and my bowl fell and my food splatter all over the ground, I was so upset that I just didn’t eat anything and let it be, I guess with this review I would the person in charge of this location to make sure the employees SEAL the bowl properly and also drain their barbacoa instead of just using a ladle to pour barbacoa into a bowl. The greeting it is what it is but come on at least talk

The smallest servings for the most I have ever paid for a chipotle bowl. 10 people working 1 person on the line. I waited 20 mins to be taken care of and there was only a couple ahead of me.Manager has to organize staff for a better work flow.

This is a great location.The wait wasn't too long; the line moved quickly. I love their chicken burrito bowl. I ordered it with rice, beans, corn, veggies, pico de gallo, and guac. It's my favorite thing to order here. I also ordered the chips and salsa. All of the food I ordered was made to order and was very fresh.We sat and ate here. There were plenty of high top tables. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other options next time.

So… I think I am the only person in North America who has never been to Chipotle! Daughter finally convinced me and the experience was great. The food was really good (for a fast food chain) and the portion was humongous! Staff was really friendly and helped me to order. The dining room area needed cleaning (not sure if they just finished a rush) but the tables and floor was dirty. Overall, great experience and would go back again.

This place needs help! Everytime i come in they are fully staffed and struggling. 1 overly stressed person working the line while 5 other visible employees stand around. Every bin was empty and the one actually working had the approach to try to split what was left between me and the ppl building behind me in line - kind of awkward to have to ask for more than 5 beans, 3 shreds of lettuce, and a quarter scoop of corn and salsas …don’t get me started on the way the line looked! The one working the line attempted to restock lettuce after I requested more lettuce about 3x and she continued to scoop an empty bin of nothing and find one piece. I also skipped on the sofritas as it looked dirty, empty and congealed - I’ve never seen it look remotely close to that. But no rush of customers and 1.5 hours before close doesn’t make sense what was going on??? If you send the other 5 employees home you can just discount us and let the one working continue her rationing approach
