To the employee at our Camillus Costco who heard I was a teacher and paid my entire bill with her own credit card! You have no idea what that meant to me. It was too much and didn’t want to accept it. I burst into tears. I fully intend to pay it forward to another teacher/essential worker as well. The stresses we have encountered this year with this profession have been challenging, but we love our students and have tried to remain positive. I can’t thank you enough for the act of kindness. I was always loyal to Costco, but am EVEN MORE so now. Fantastic employees and one of my favorite places to shop. Thank you

A customer was following us around without a mask. We reported it to a manager and they wouldn’t address it. They don’t care about their customers. Avoid at all cost.
