Dishonest took my .96 cents for a donation they didn’t ask me if I wanted to make! No response when I complained via survey.. stealing money to donate to first responders is ridiculous!

A mistake was made when my order was rung up that I did not make sure to double check on the screen myself (my fault) but the staff made it right for me regardless and sent me on my way. Always love the food here and the staff is very nice.

Never seen two more miserable people working. Not welcoming in the least bit. We were inconveniencing them by showing up an hour before they close. Subs were horribly made, sloppy, barely anything on the sub. Not worth $40. For two medium subs and a kid meal.

They completely threw my sopping wet sun together and then had to go in because they forgot several ingredients. I was completely nice about it and didn’t even get an I’m sorry and my sub was still wet after they fixed it

Firehouse subs is great but im sad to see over the past two months any time that I have tried to order online their website states that this store in particular no longer offers online ordering through their own website. Other 3rd party options seem to be available but additional costs and fees are associated. I am sad to see this feature discontinued at this location because of its convenience. Due to the greater length of time it takes for staff to make the sandwiches I cant say I will be returning to this location when there are faster options available.

The most pathetic sub I’ve ever had. One piece layer of salami. One piece layer of pepperoni. One piece layer of provolone. I asked for no ham because I wanted more of the other. They forgot the mustard. I asked for no lettuce or tomato, which they got right.

The subs are good. The service and wait at Camillus location is horrible. 3 people workings and no clear indication of who’s doing what and or motivation. Nobody greeted me or would make eye contact with me for a good five minutes. Waited almost 20 minutes for one medium sub and it wasn’t busy. I left, feeling frustrated and not wanting to go back to that location. The quality of food is not worth the service here

The subs were swimming in mayo to the point the meat globs slide off the roll when eaten. The meats were not spread out but were just put on in blobs. No other condiments other than lettuce a tomato. I was not asked if I wanted any so I thought they were standard. Very, very disgusting! I was the only customer so it wasn't like they were busy!
