No one even acknowledges you when you're in the restaurant. Ordered through the app and paid for them to make us wait 25-30mins to tell us they lost the order. To make us wait longer to make the order. VERY slow service.

First we were given a lg hc to go with a kids meal straighten that out . Left no fries went back straightened that out by returning to the store and spoke to manager. Left and found no dipping .Did not return, and won't. This problem was with both happy meals, except the hc the other meal was with milk and was correct.

Whoever makes the iced mochas there during the day needs to be retrained. When I order them in the morning they're fine. But once it's lunchtime, every time I order them then, the mochas hardly have any mocha sauce. Mocha literally means chocolate. Why is my drink pale white when it's supposed to be brown? There was more chocolate sauce on the lid than there was in the drink.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I have been too. Tried to use the app 3 times only to have them tell me it doesn’t work. Lost 6,000 points because I tried to use my converted points. I’d go to fairnount and skip this one.

I waited 31 minutes for a large coke and a large strawberry shake. That’s all I ordered, 2 drinks. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for almost 4 years now and both of those drinks together take less than a minute to make and refilling the shake machine takes less than 3 minutes and replacing the soda syrup also takes less than 3 minutes, There is no excuse. I didn’t even receive an apology for the wait. Worst service I’ve ever seen at any McDonald’s.

the workers are so rude. they speak to you like YOU owe them money. they’ll answer the drive thru which the biggest attitude and speak in such a monotone voice. don’t get me started on how they order take. they rush you and finish every sentence with “is that it”. And they’ll purposely making you pull away from the window to wait 30 minutes for food so you don’t ruin their drive thru time. one of the rudest locations.
