Had the double QPC. It was made perfectly! So juicy and flavorful. Fries were hot and fresh, maybe a bit salty for me. Even though it was 12:30pm I ordered and got my good fast and it was busy!

Every time we go there we are always short something at Camillus McDonald's. A burger. A chicken sandwich. This time no honey mustard. Will no longer be going there. Oh and by the way 75% of the time the code for a deal never works.This place is a joke. Poor management and workers with poor attitudes.

This mcdonalds has really taken a dive. I order my burgers no pickle every time, yet every time they can't seem to leave the damn pickles off. Tonight my 1/4 lb burger was not fully cooked so pretty sure I'm done with this

Waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Cashier never greeted me, just stood there waiting for me to order. Took 23 minutes to get 2 Happy Meals. Trash cans were fulll, floor was dirty and no napkins anywhere.

They can't handle it when you order something with nothing on it. Avoid this place if you have any food allergies because they will not get your order right regardless of time of day.Dietary restrictions: They don't care

Took 10 minutes for the all to say my one cup was ready, when it was it wasn’t there. Had to ask for a cup. Both kiosks are broken, workers are rude. Currently waiting for one more thing, it’s been 15 minutes.

Everytime I come here I’m hoping for a better experience. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET YOUR FOOD. I have my kiddos with me and we just sit and wait while they get more and more antsy. I place my mobile order ahead of time and still wait. Then something is always missing or you need ketchup and you stand at the counter while the workers look at you but don’t say anything even “I’ll be right with you.” And please put ketchup out!!! I need more then a handful

So I ordered two plain mcdoubles and was charged for two double cheeseburgers. When i got to the second window i said I wanted two plain mcdoubles he said he can change that I said ok but I was charged full price when the mcdoubles have a discount 2 for 3.50 he said so do you want the plain mcdouble. I said I guess so if I paid for it so noone offered me a refund or anything. I don't understand. I rarely eat out the only reason I did was because I had a headaches and couldn't cook

The workers who take your order are 4/5 times going to be extremely miserable and condescending. Today I stopped through the drive-through, worker who took my order was miserable as usual. The worker then proceeded to tell me the app code I had doesn’t apply to the item I order, (which it very much so does, as I checked more then one time to make sure, and it told me the code worked for my order after I pulled out). Pretty sure the worker applied the code and pocketed around $4
