“Cash C” was the woman who checked me out. I told them we got Birria meat (0.59 cent upcharge, fine) and a bowl with regular chicken( adobo) and I got charged for white meat chicken… which is a dollar upcharge…ridiculous
There food is average. Not really worth the price. I can get better food for lees across the street.

I want to start off by saying this was a terrible experience and I have been to this Moe’s many times. I do not want to fault the women who made my food. She had black hair and was very kind. We walked in and she was doing online orders and tending to the customers in line and being very kind. But, the other employees were standing around not trying to lend a hand and it was a mess every where. I had to get the bricks of burnt rice removed from my burrito, the line itself was disgusting. It was 5:30 and there was no fresh food available. The chips were burnt and the salsa bar was not even available. $30 for food that is en edible. Nothing was fresh. Looked like it had been sitting there for hours.

Didn’t receive what I ordered. I can’t even get into all the details of what went wrong because I honestly just feel bad. Chips burned tasted like burn popcorn, hard rice, its like they didn’t even read what was on the order. When I called to let them know they took no accountability. Just said that was the first complaint they got all day. I work in food service and it takes a lot for me to speak up when service is bad.

This particular location is the worst. The queso I got was spoiled and made me sick. When I complained while still there they wouldn’t replace it. It was basically a “too bad so sad” attitude . When I sent a formal complaint I was told I would get a replacement/refund but then the store owner/ manager or whoever it was went back on their own word & decided I couldn’t get a replacement. $6.99 for a bowl of queso that wasn’t to “moes standard” cannot be replaced? But instead I’m strung along for this “replacement” all to be disappointed. LISTEN UP FOLKS…this franchise is willing and totally okay with losing business (over $6.99) rather than making things right! Never again…I’ll spend my money elsewhere like Chipotle.
Let me not forget to mention how messy the place is, no clean tables, stuff all over theb floors, salsa bar is crusty & probably never cleaned, no one is wearing any type of PPE (gloves•hairnets•etc) , one occasion I saw the kid lick his fingers, another time the chick droppeda tortilla on the ground said “oops”picked it up and continued to use the same floor cootie tortilla..
SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE/ HAPPEN BEFFORE SOMEONE GETS SEVERELY ILLL OR ENDS UP IN THE ER!!!;

I placed an an order on line at 12:16pm for pick up at store. The time at the bottom of the receipt said the order would be ready at 12:35pm. When I arrived at 12:30pm my order had not even been started. When I received my order at 12:45pm the order was wrong. I had ordered 3 crunchy taco's and he gave me 3 soft shell and when I brought that to the cashiers attention he told me I would have to wait that he had to make more crunchy tacos. I did notice two containers of crunchy tacos in silver container covered with plastic on the counter in front of the fan.
While I can appreciate it was lunch hour, they should have been ready for lunch hour. Also the salsa was not filled and the store was not the cleanest.

I was there Friday night maybe a hour before closing. Sarah was the lovely lady that took care of me and she was so awesome!! Went above and beyond!! Great customer service!! Keep up the awesome work there I love this location!!

Tiny portions - mainly just beans with a sprinkle of the other stuff. Food was disgusting. Chips were black. Manager was extremely rude to her staff and customers.
