Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very busy Saturday lunch. So, how do you end up serving cold french fries? Why would the staff think that's ok? Burger fine but underwhelming. Coleslaw recipe seemed to be mayo and mayo only. Mustard choices. .yellow only?
Sorry, I arrived hungry, craving and left thinking it was kind of waste of calorie/fat intake. Floor staff were hospitable, attractive and efficient.

Well. This was certainly a disappointing experience and I always rave about Red Robin. The food was delicious as always. I ordered the new jalapeño burger and had my fries with a side of campfire mayo. Washed it down with a delicious root beer float. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals and had no complaints. That being said, our waitress didn’t care for our table at all. All of us went the whole dinner without refills. I never got another root beer float. The fries which are supposed to be bottomless, we were never once asked if we wanted more at any point. That being said, from the time our food arrived until we paid and left we were never once asked how our food was or if we needed anything at all. We were left to deal with everything in the corner of the restaurant. It’s safe to say that while I enjoy this food, there’s plenty of other restaurants out there that provide superior service. So long Red Robin.

I used to really like Red Robin but the location in Camillus is poorly managed. They overwork their bartenders, requiring them to make all the specialty drinks, serve the bar, and have several tables. The bartender didn’t take our drink order for over 10 minutes because she was so tied up with everything at the bar. I ordered a raspberry cream soda and 2/3 of it was whipped cream. My husband asked for it to be corrected and the response was “it’s supposed to be whipped cream on bottom, soda, then whipped cream on top.” He asked for more soda to be added. She did it but then repeated the same thing. If that’s how the drink is made, then it also wasn’t made right as you can see there is no whipped cream on the bottom. I have ordered cream sodas from here several times without issue. Not the best customer service but then what do you expect when you overwork your staff…they’ll be stressed and low on patience.

Food is subpar at best. Tons of condiments on a tiny McDonald's like hamburger patty. Don't waste your time. And it's expensive as well.

First off- I come here every other week with my boyfriend. This is probably my favorite restaurant that is a chain, to go to in syracuse. Theresa the server, we always have and she is great. SERVICE IS ALWAYS QUICK, FOOD ALWAYS FRESH, the vibes are immaculate and the playlist is fire. Come to this Red Robin please. We got chicken sammy’s this time, added cheese and avocado.

The next day, Today; 11/14 I visited to claim my veterans day burger. Again, great music, quick service and I love getting $10 rewards too!!!! Join the rewards program!!! And don’t forget to order the lava queso burger and dip your fries in the queso!!!

Consistently amazing. Every single time I've been here since I first tried it back in 2018.

Kid-friendliness: A lot better than most places, they hand out crayon boxes and pieces of paper that resemble a map to keep them busy while the food is being made.

My first trip to Red Robbin was amazing! Food was perfect but the service is what will have me be returning. Amber was absolutely one of the best… she made sure everything was perfect and with an amazing attitude and disposition. She even loves her Manager which is a sure sign of a great working environment. Put this place on your list… it was a great experience.

My go to restaurant when I am on the road. Food is always consistent in safe to eat. I eat at these locations 3-4 a month throughout the the country, it's nice to have a place you can visit all the time and know what to get.

Went here last night with a large party (13 people). We had spent the better part of 45 minutes at another place a steakhouse in the same shopping center) getting the absolute runaround from them. When the manager was finally alerted it was now an hour wait and with having to be split between 2 tables. So, no. Called Red Robin to see if they could handle, they could. The hostess answering the phone was skind and sweet and very understanding of the situation.

These people literally bent over backwards to accommodate us. In 20 minutes we had a table for all of us. On a Saturday night. They brought my son a soda and offered us fries while literally waiting. Got seated by the manager Ginger, and Caitlyn(sp?) took care of us efficiently and wonderfully. The food was great, hot and fresh and everyone's order was correct and came out for all 13 of us in under 5 minutes from first plate to 13th. Drinks were never empty, fries were brought when we sat down to tide us over which was super awesome of Ginger and crew.

I got the madlove burger, was great, loved the candied bacon and jalapeno sauce, great mix with all the cheeses and avacado. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and like almost no one took food home (I did take some cake and fries for the kiddo on the journey home as it was a hour and half drive and yeah 11 year olds eat lol). The donut stack is freaking awesome, fluffy and very hot but not greasy and just was great way to end dinner.

All in all, not a better time could have been had for us and we are very thankful that we had such outstanding service. If could give more stars I would.

Dietary restrictions: Several have restrictions and one has allergy. They have a special allergen me u qr code that can scan and see all of the allergens down to things in different sauces they make in house.

Kid-friendliness: They were awesome to my son, and when he played the game in corner (you play till win which is awesome for kids) and ended up somehow winning 2 small Dickies the hostess was so wonderful and sweet! The waitress was great with the kiddo too and talked to him about a couple of subjects throughout the night. There is also balloons at front for kiddos too.

We were sat down by the hostess after telling her we were looking forward to eating there since it was about 5 years since we had visited Red Robin. We sat there for 15-20 minutes without one person coming over and asking us what we would like to drink or offer to take our order. So we got up and left and had dinner at Longhorn. I think it will be longer the next time.

Freezing!! ..everytime we go here( about twice a year because of this) but literally the managers don't seem to care and just always say they can't adjust air or floors become slippery. They've been open 9 yrs with no attemp to change anything
