Very busy Saturday lunch. So, how do you end up serving cold french fries? Why would the staff think that's ok? Burger fine but underwhelming. Coleslaw recipe seemed to be mayo and mayo only. Mustard choices. .yellow only?
Sorry, I arrived hungry, craving and left thinking it was kind of waste of calorie/fat intake. Floor staff were hospitable, attractive and efficient.

I used to really like Red Robin but the location in Camillus is poorly managed. They overwork their bartenders, requiring them to make all the specialty drinks, serve the bar, and have several tables. The bartender didn’t take our drink order for over 10 minutes because she was so tied up with everything at the bar. I ordered a raspberry cream soda and 2/3 of it was whipped cream. My husband asked for it to be corrected and the response was “it’s supposed to be whipped cream...

First off- I come here every other week with my boyfriend. This is probably my favorite restaurant that is a chain, to go to in syracuse. Theresa the server, we always have and she is great. SERVICE IS ALWAYS QUICK, FOOD ALWAYS FRESH, the vibes are immaculate and the playlist is fire. Come to this Red Robin please. We got chicken sammy’s this time, added cheese and avocado.

The next day, Today; 11/14 I visited to claim my veterans day burger. Again, great...
