i used to like this shop and order 2-3 times per week. I must have just lucked up for a while and got someone who knew how to make a sandwich. I like to have my meat whatever kind it is on the bottom of a my sub roll and not on the top. makes the sandwich soggy and that would be how a sub is typically made. when its made incorrectly each time you take a bite you have tuna stuck to the top of the roof of your mouth.. so I called to inquire if this is how they are typically made. I got the " assistant manger" on the line she couldn't care less. she was just matter of fact. treated her job like she only makes 8 dollars an hour and my experience didn't matter to her one bit .. no can i make it better pitch I wanna keep you as a customer pitch what so ever.. so I said thank you and hung up the phone! SERVICE is the worst.. so either like how they do it or don't eat here! is my advice!well I never finalized this one and now bam! again they got me.. tried again and they didnt deliver my sodas told me that they couldnt refund that the owner has to and that there was nothing they could do..... SUBWAY robs people.. i cant get my money didnt get what i paid for and i paid 9.58 for deliver and didnt even get what i paid my money for. never ever ever again!

Ordered 2 subs for delivery through the subway app. Deliveries through subway app go through doordash and I didn’t want to use the doordash app because subway had a BOGO free footlong code and I couldn’t use the promo code on the doordash app. I received a message that the order was picked up and immediately after that it was cancelled. I was still charged $23.33 for the subs and delivery fees. I waited for a refund for the next couple days and got nothing. So I called subway. Subway told me I had to call doordash since they cancelled it even though subway had my payment info. So I called doordash, and they told me exactly that, I need to go through subway for my refund since they have all my info. So I called subway back and I was told I should see a refund in 5 business days. Well it’s now been 11 business days and I still have yet to get my refund. I called a a couple days ago and told them I still never got it, and the lady on the phone took my number and said “I’ll give your number to my boss hopefully he calls you”. It’s been 2 business days since I called and I have yet to get a phone call from her boss. So at this point I’m not expecting to get my money back and I will never be ordering from this location again.
