For this place to be called sweet frog, the service tonight was very bitter. Not sure what the two girls name were working tonight, but I'm sure if you check your schedule, you can narrow it down. Today is 03/17, and I was in sweet frog trying to get a sweet treat about 8:10pm. Little did I know I'd have to deal with snarky comments and sarcastic customer service. The one girl seemed like she was being trained, who was rude, and the girl training her was just as rude. Not sure of the customer service expectations at this location but that needs to be corrected. Very disappointing. I've been to this location several times and never experienced this type of service.

Came in the early afternoon and two of the frozen yogurt options were out but no sign was up. However the location in the plaza was very convenient! Parking is right in front of the store, there's a movie theater next door along with a handful of alternative activities and places to eat for all ages.

Absolutely amazing. Such a welcoming atmosphere. The young lady who waited on us was kind, sweet, and very personable. Hands down the best Sweet Frog location I have been to. Will gladly make the hour drive to go back!

My teenager loves it...but let's be real.. It's frozen yogurt and soft served ice cream with all you want to add bar of sweets and candy sold by the weight. The value is based on the volume of add-ons one partakes in. This is a sweet tooth's paradise and I do enjoy it. But, as my Dad-Bod of 50+ years is no longer metabolically capable of processing this volume of sugar, I partake less often than my son would like or as much as I use to. It is what it is. Nothing negative to say about this location....it's always clean, always well stocked and the staff is always friendly.

Great frozen yogurt, a huge selection of toppings, everything in stock and very friendly staff. I am confused about some of the negative reviews I've seen. This place is great and we will definitely come back!

First time at a Sweet Frog and this location provided the family with a welcoming environment.We were able to sample any yogurts before we proceeded further, personally loved the Cake Batter with the Strawberry yogurt. They provide tons of toppings for you to choose from, I loved seeing the variety of bobas to try!This location also has a few games to play with kids or to kill time before a movie.
Would give no stars if I could. My niece has had two bad experiences here when she was with her friends, it was by the same employee. She has red hair and was working tonight(march 29th 2023). Tonight my niece went in with her friend at around 8:00, the employee was not there to greet them by the register and came out from the back and said "I have to close early" as they were looking at a flavor to pick. The store closes at 9. I understand that things like this happen, but I feel as if this employee may do this often. The other time my niece came in around 8:45 with her friend, the same employee was working. She was removing the spoons from the toppings as the girls put them on their yogurt! I feel that is rude and she should have waited until everyone left since they closed in 15 minutes. You typically do this after the store is closed anyways! She never says hi just turns around her iPad with the tip option. I would rather tip someone who has respect!!! My little niece would never say a thing- so someone has to say something. I know she will be embarrassed that I did this but show some respect.

It's been a few years since I've visited Sweet Frog. On a blustery cold night the kids wanted to check it out after grabbing dinner nearby. The shop was noticeably super clean and very well organized. The topping bar was impeccably set up. Also, the amount of different toppings is quite large, from tapioca pearls to candy bars, they have it all. They have about a dozen different flavors, mostly frozen yogurt but some ice cream and sorbet.The kids decided on chocolate ice cream and lime/pineapple sorbet. Both were delicious, although I preferred the sorbet. Staff were nice enough but a little aloof. The only drawback is the price. For two small cups that were barley half full, it cost us over $11.00. A little step for me. This won't deter us from coming back but probably as an occasional special treat. Definitely worth a visit if you like fro yo!

The place is disgustingly dirty. For the money you pay it should be clean if not spotless. Carpets, floors , chairs , walls, tables, signage, bathrooms all gross, broken or falling down.

Place was quiet as as mouse. No music. I could do my hw in here it was so quiet. If I wanted to get away from my loud roomate I would come here. Frozen yogurt did not slap. BFFR don’t come here. Atleast the middle schoolers in here thought the place was funny.
