Brasserie always has amazing service and great food and drinks

I would never go back there again we waited over 1.5 hours for a sandwich and tacos. Tables came in ordered ate and left before we got our food.
they kept telling us it was the order of the tickets which makes no sense because clearly our tickets went in before all the tables when the manager Chrissy came out she was extremely condescending and snarky I would never go back the way she talked and handle the situation
. the one saving Grace was our server Samantha she was absolutely fantastic and handled the situation gracefully and was very apologetic. I felt horrible for the servers there was only two for the whole restaurant. Christy should take a lesson on customer service from Samantha!

Great food and experience. Lisa A (below this review) is a liar and was very rude to the staff and quite impatient. We sat at the table next her and watched everything unfold- things were just fine and the staff handled it like champions. Lovely little local eatery! A must try!

We went to the Brasserie for a nice meal our waiter was nice and the food subpar. The problem was that they SWINDLED US!!!! We got 3 meals and 1 appetizer which should have added up to $63 without a tip. However they lied about what came with the meals. The waiter asked each of us what we wanted for a side as if it came with the meal. To our surprise they did not and we were charged extra for each side. My brother got the cedar plank burger and the waiter asked if he wanted a bun with his burger. He obviously said yes thinking it was a standard question but turn out the bun wasn’t included and we were charged extra for the bun. They asked us if we wanted bacon on our appetizer which already cost $14 and they charged us $3 for the extra bacon. In total our meal cost $85 that does not include the tip. This is not the first time we’ve encountered this problem at this restaurant. My parents apparently had the exact same experience and haven’t gone back. We will not be returning.

Second time trying the Brasserie! One time was take out and the second time was dine in. I have tried two main items which were the Bruschetta and the Turkey Chipotle Panini and both were excellent. The fries and sweet potato fries are also delicious. The dinning area inside is nice, lots of seating, full bar in front. Will be back again soon!

I really like The Brasserie. I've had lunch there quite a few times, and the food is always great--plus the beer selection is awesome! The thing I like the best, though, is how friendly the staff is. They're the best!

Parking: There are always plenty of parking spots within close proximity to the restaurant.

Explain The steak sandwich was bland dry. The french fries were cold and old. You could barely chew the meat on the steak tacos. Fresh chips were cold. The only thing good was the ranch dip.
