I have been trying to go to Wendy’s because we’re boycotting McDonald’s, but this location isn’t making it easy. We ordered Wendy’s from Grubhub and I was ready to blame the driver for the mistake, but the attitude we received when we went to get it fixed changed my mind. First, my daughter’s entire meal was missing from the original Grubhub order. Our two Cokes were rootbeer. My husband went through the drive through and explained what happened and ordered her meal again. The manager took the order. He ordered a chicken nugget kids meal. She gave him a cheeseburger kids meal, which my kid wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. Not only that, there was no toy. I called and told her that they got it wrong again, and she got very nasty and and insisted the toy was in the bag (it wasn’t) and that she knew he ordered a cheeseburger because that was what was on her receipt (Maybe you put it in wrong, Karen?) She actually shouted at me. I can live with people making mistakes but there is absolutely no call for a manager to 1. lie, and 2. get belligerent with a customer who is just asking for the problem to be corrected. Burger King it is, then.

Stood at the counter for five minutes. No service. I’m thinking I was too white to order there.

Placed my order, waited in line about 15 minutes. Only to get to the window and being told "we're only accepting cash". There was no signage or verbal notification at all! Will never go they again! Wasted half my lunch break!

Waited a while for food. Sandwich looked like it wasn't a burger at all. Very small and thin. Food was cold and thrown in the bag.

This maybe the most poorly run Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. There was food on the floor everywhere. None of the tables had been cleaned. The bathrooms were barely functional. The hand dryer in the men’s room didn’t work.

Went inside to order because last time I went in drive through i sat there for 5 minutes before even being greeted. There was 1 person in front of me, and not a long line in drive thru. It took 15 minutes to even be greeted. All I wanted was a chocolate frosty and fries. 2nd time in a row I have gone and they don't have chocolate frosty. And the fries were gross. What is happening?

3 days in a row I’ve tried to get a Frosty and fries just to be told they are not going to sell either due to them not having any or “being closed” prior to midnight. Mind you it was 10pm. On top of that, they had yelled through the speakers because they were blasting music and employees cursing in the background. Glad the McDonald’s up the road was available to get my child her ice cream. If I could rate less than one star I would.
