Food is ok. Service is ok as well. I ordered 6 frosties. 2 were for kids asked for extra napkins, on top of the zero I got at first and was given a whole 4 napkins.

I was amazed by the service I received at this location today. The gentleman there was professional and brought the food to the table. To be honest, one does not see service of this kind even in high-end restaurants. Great job!

This location has gone downhill the last four years. Served spicy chicken sandwich with raw center and also served food that is old and sitting there. The order is wrong 50 percent of the time and the employees are more concerned about smoke breaks. Also the wait is outrageous.

We were at inside counter and a worker finally came out and told us and 2 other customers that we were not going to get any service for “quite awhile” and should maybe go to the Drive through.. which another worker said would be a 1/2 hour wait… TOTALLY dumbfounded we left… we have never ever encountered such rude service

So I have been to this Wendy's 3 times since I moved here 2 weeks ago, and I went to the drive up window. The other day, the line was ridiculously long, so I went inside. Oh my goodness, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone waited on me. Then there was only 3 people working there. The place was disgusting inside.....I don't think I will go back to that Wendy's again.
The inside of the store is not open but the food is good and the one employee they had working was doing it all and he did great

Avoid at all costs. I have been here many times and becuase I keep thinking things will change i try again. They are the slowest have ever been to. 15 minutes at the speaker waiting for them to take my order and there were only 2 cars in front of me. It has never been any faster.

I ordered at 10.30pm I got two biggie meals, a nugget meal with medium fry the only thing fresh or the fries I ordered cheeseburger deluxe. It was cold a chicken sandwich that came with one of the biggie meals that was overcooked and cold, and the nuggets were really overcooked and not fresh very disappointed.

Went to drive thru, two people were taking my order. Both were rude. I asked for 2 small frosties and 1 order of large fries. They charged me with 2 different frosties, one was caramel which is more. They refused to give me the receipt and argued that they charged me with the right order. My kids were in the car so I paid and left. I paid $2 dollars more. I don't mind the money but the cashiers are taking ripping the customers with over charging them.
