This is by far, the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Explain to me why it takes 20 minutes to take an order and another 20 to finally get it…when there are only two cars waiting. This is always the case at night. Also, they’re never opened when they should be. Their website states the times and when you show up, they’re either closed or some machine is down. Closing earlier than what’s stated is a common occurrence here. It’s so frustrating. Why is it that management/coperate hasn’t noticed these terrible patterns? They should send folks there to have these unpleasant experiences.

This Wendy's has gone downhill fast. From disgusting floors to flat soda to lazy useless employess.I would rate it in the negatives if I could.It is absolutely disgusting it got this bad. This Wendy's should be leveled to the ground and forgotten about.

This was a dissapointing experience to say the least, not only were all of the outer lights shut off to make it appear as though they were closed, but when I made it to the window I smelled something off. I then had the opportunity to watch multiple staff members vaping by the dishwashing sink, walking around out of uniform and wearing open toed shoes. What a mess.

The TLDR is : Avoid at all costs.The service and food quality have declined to the point that there’s no point in even stopping.Often the dining room is closed because they don’t have staff to clean, alit the interior surfaces are sticky.The food quality is substandard, I’ve received bags of food that are cold, and just look like they were thrown together without any regard.The drive-through is understaffed or not staffed at all as you can see in the attached photo as the only employee that we could see at the restaurant at 11:15 on a Thursday afternoon is standing out by the car yelling at somebody in the car while the drive-through remains unstaffed.Wendy’s franchise services should really rethink this franchises do business under the Wendy’s name.
