Well first start with their coffee.. Best ever!! The owner and staff are so friendly, happy, hard working people. I have not been disappointed ever. My fav ... Egg and bacon on a croissant 🥐❤️ To die for. And if you like cookies.. Omg... Just go and try something. You won't be disappointed.

Coffe ❤️

I love coffee and this place delivers on that product. Friendly customer service and welcoming atmosphere.

We have the maple chipotle sausage sandwich but I was a bit disappointed. Maple takes over any other flavor in this dish and the meat had a very strong smell (not an enjoyable one)

The BLT was pretty good. Stop by. You might enjoy it as much as we did!!

Parking: Plenty parking on this location.

Every time I try to go to this place i have had an issue. TODAY We HAD a snow issue THIS MORNING but they’re closing now today at 2 pm?! THEIR WEBSITE mentioned nothing of the sort—-I drove all the way here for a gift card. So frustrating

Noble Coffee Roasters in Campbell Hall, NY. This place is odd! Not I'm a bad way, just in an odd way.

So, from the outside, this place looks like a warehouse. And, apparently, it used to be. We've passed this place at least 20 times, not knowing what it was. It just looks like a warehouse!

Upon entering, it's amazing how cozy it is inside, considering the cold, industrial look it has outside. It shares the building with a yoga studio, a gym, and some sort of life coaching spot. You'd never know there was a Café inside unless you had more time to really look at the building and see the awning.

All that being said, the employees greeted us and were VERY nice, telling us to take our time and make our way up when we were ready. Not a whole lot of time decision making, but we did spend a little extra time because we decided to eat there, based on my examining the menu before we left.

We made our decision to get breakfast sandwiches served on fresh croissants they make in-house. Sausage and egg for two of the kids, another served with cheese for the child that is not lactose intolerant, a bacon/egg/cheese for myself, and sourdough French toast for the missus, with a side of a sausage patty. (We later learned that the sausage was also made in-house).

Hot chocolates for the kids, a latte for the wife, and a house blend coffee for myself. We sat down, and shortly after, they brought us our drinks!

Everything was fresh tasting and well prepared. The kids didn't like the homemade sausage, but loved the sandwich, itself, once they removed it. Mine was fluffy and perfect, and my wife really enjoyed her French toast, served with cinnamon butter and real maple syrup, always a nice touch.

The kids enjoyed their drinks, as did the wife. My coffee was "okay." A bit watery, but nice in flavor. By the time we were done eating, we bussed our table, (this is one of those, "Please put your dishes in the bucket when you're done" kind of places, which is fine, considering they really only serve pastries and mostly sandwiches.

My wife noticed they sold flavored syrups, so she got in line to purchase one, plus some pastries to take with us.

I told an employee (Evan) about our Java Jaunts (what I call family tripsnfor coffee and hot chocolates). He loved the odea and asked what our favorite places were, and then asked my honest opinon about their coffee and where it rated. I was honest and told him that it was tasty but watery, to which he admitted was a common complaint(?) they often receive. I told him that, black, it was perfect, but that the addition of cream, it seemed watered down. Again, he agreed. He offered that they have a big selection of blends, and that if I returned, I was free to ask for any one of them. (Points!)

He was very kind and thanked us for coming, and mentioned looking forward to future visits from us.

At the end of the day, it was a VERY pleasant experience. Their coffee was not my favorite from the places we've visited, but I look forward to going back and trying other blends. The food gets an easy A. Probably our favorite coffee shop that sells food. I also want to pick up a couple of their roasts. They roast on-site!

All in all, a night and day experience from the place we visited the day before. Until next time, friends, Java nice day!

Cozy and nice inside and outside. They have a nice wood stove and what appears to be a stage for performances but has tables when nothing is being performed. Very busy but flows well. Chai Tea was very good and so were their breakfast pastries and sandwiches. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cookies were awesome and I appreciate the vegan options. I didn’t try the food but it looked really good. The coffee was a very basic dark roast. Similar to diner coffee. There are MUCH better options like Dayes Cafe for good coffee.
