We took a chance on a cross-country road trip and we are SO glad we stopped at this place! So many plant-based and plant-forward options, fresh ingredients combined in delicious ways, yet the food tasted homemade in the best way possible! Would certainly be regulars here if we were locals! Very creative recipes, the wait staff were very sweet, and attentive, It was memorial day, so the traffic was extremely light, we felt like V.I.P.'s. The soup was fresh since you pick the exact ingredients to customize it to your taste, the sandwich was a delicious mix of turkey, cranberry, cheese, etc. on a soft ciabatta roll.
