Why would Abbotts sell Frozen Custard without a lid on it. I go through the drive-thru I get myself and ice cream and I decided to get my mother one as well I am then handed my mother's ice cream first and then I get my ice cream don't get me wrong the people are friendly the Frozen Custard is amazing but why would you not put domed lids when a person orders multiple ice creams and there's one person in the car I can't imagine if I wanted to pick up Frozen...
If you haven’t tried Abbott’s frozen custard you are missing out. I am in love with the Chocolate Almond. If you haven’t had frozen custard before it’s like ice cream, but so much better. It is so rich and decadent! I want to try the other flavors but I love the chocolate almond so much!! The customer service has always been so friendly and efficient which is appreciated. They have a few picnic tables out back you can eat and sit by the water. Best in Canandaigua hands...
Some of the best Custard I have ever had. I recommend the pineapple pistachio! They have a nice drive through so you don't even have to get out of your car! Abbott's has my highest recommendation.
