Party of 5, appetizers ordered were octopus (a special). It was decent, tender but I've had a better prepared dish. Needed more char though the potatoes underneath were perfect. The entrees were the star of the show: two orders of shrimp with vodka sauce and the chef and waiter were accommodating enough to allow us to add chicken. I've never had a better vodka sauce. Amazing. One of our party had the chicken gorgonzola, loved it. The other two dishes were the salmon risotto and the scallops. Both top of the line. I've eaten all over the world and those dishes were among the best. I would say the bread provided was almost unnecessary. Small and not impressive. But the service, owner, ambience and main dinners were as good as it gets. I'll be returning soon.

This has been the best dining experience I have had all week. Incredible food, wonderful service. Absolutely will come back anytime we come up this way. 100% perfect.

Went here tonight and staff were very friendly. Bartender/waiter assisted me with dinner selections. I chose the French onion soup and beef bourguignon. Because I have ordered A LOT of French onion soup throughout the country (as it’s my favorite) I always ask “Is this the best French onion soup in the world?” I was told that it was. I would say it was second best I have had. Considering the best is no longer an option for me (restaurant burned down), I suppose he was right. Beef bourguignon was delicious and tender. Very rich and different than others I have had. Not a super big fan of the mashed potatoes. If you like them lumpy, you’ll love them. I’m more of a whipped kind of girl. Overall, I enjoyed my dinner greatly and will return again when I’m in town.

This is a gem of a restaurant. The food was superb. The staff wad friendly, warm and helpful The environment was cozy, comfortable and attractive. We started with a delicious Malbec wine. We had French onion soup, beet salad with goat cheese and pistachios. Our entrees were a scallop dish and bouillabaisse. For desert, we had an apple cobbler a la mode and cappuccino. Our only regret is that we live too far to visit often.

Really enjoyed our meal here! The bread and salad to start off were so tasty, our entrees were delicious (including an excellent wine pairing), and the berry fruit cobbler for dessert was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We will definitely add Bon Ami to our regular date night list!

Everything was just ok. We had a 5:00 early reservation. We were on time and service was quick but ok. Our bill with tip was about $400. Like I said things were ok, until after about 1 hr 20 minutes we’re finishing our wine when George the owner ask if he could move us to the bar because he needed the table. I call that rude, what do you think? I may or may not go back.
Sorry George.
