Cafe Sol and Julie are wonderful! We have had her do two smaller (10-15 people) gatherings... one a birthday party and the other a memorial service. Both times the food was wonderful and the space was perfect!

Hired Cafe Sol catering after looking at many other places and menus. We had a tasting first and there were 4 of us and we all agreed 100% to hire her!It was my daughter's wedding and originally was going to be just under 200 people but then of course we had the virus hit and we couldn't say well you are invited but sadly you are not. We had a wonderful sit down dinner at the original venue of Wrens Roost with 22 immediate family members. Every little detail was perfect! Dinner was Amazing! Servers and bar tenders were above and beyond Amazing. I then wanted the important people in my husband's and my life so we had a dinner party for about 50 people at our home. She agreed to cater that also and so glad because again everything was Amazing! We can't thank her enough! Would definitely recommend Cafe Sol!

We had a XC banquet and it was packed! We had about 50 people which had exceeded the limit but it was tight. I was bringing my knees to my chest to get out of my chair. I constantly felt my friends shoulder hitting mine. It was about $13 per person and the food was good, but there was little options. We had salad, pasta and meatballs and bread w/butter. That was it. Of course there was Hot Chocolate and Coffee. Also, parking can be a hassle because it is a catering service or group gatherings, so there is not constant people there.

Went for a birthday party. It was a charming evening. The food was imaginative and well presented. I liked it all. This is not a huge party house, but it was a great space for an evening with friends. Only 'complaint' was that the parking lot is a little muddy on wet days. All-in-all, a neat place for a pleasant party.

Used them to cater an event at my boss' home on Canandaigua Lake and it was EXCELLENT! Everyone raved about it and their service is wonderful. Thanks Julie for taking such good care of us!
I wish I could rate no stars because my experience was so awful. My family and I came here on Mother's Day and the service was despicable. So we saw there was French toast, and some other items but the menu failed to reflect that. There was only pancakes and some other dishes offered. Our waitress rushed us to order, saying that if we didn't want to wait for this huge group next to us, we should order now. We were like okay and we did. A little later we notice that other tables had a pink sheet that was apparently the Mother's Day specials!! Like what, are you kidding me?? So my sister and mother asked why we didn't get one, and our waitress responded, "it literally started right now." It was 11:30. We walked in at 11:20...absolutely ridiculous. Our waitress didn't want to serve us and we didn't feel welcome. We are 100% ARE NOT coming back.

Horrible experience! When we went to order the waiter skipped right over a couple ppl on drink orders.. then when we ordered and our food came out it came out burnt and others came out not done!! The service was horrible and very slow.. at the end it seemed like they were trying to push us out the door.. horrible!

Shared a carafe of house red, a cup of seafood bisque, and a Caesar salad with my husband and everything was perfect. Server was pleasant and knowledgeable. It's hard to have a perfect dining experience lately and I'm so thankful that we found it here!
